| Posted: 13 Feb 2020 03:51 PM PST I have 800 something hard drives that I acquired from a business. I want to completely wipe all the data and then resell them. I know formatting won't completely erase them but if I "sanitzed" the drives would they be reusable to the point where I could sell them? I figured I could have a desktop dedicated to doing this, with the case sides off and then plug in a drive, erase the data and rinse and repeat. is this doable? [link] [comments]  |
