I want to monitor an area of my ticket system's window and show a copy of that on top of any other open windows. So I could minimize the ticket system but then still see the current ticket count. I'm in IT and we have a program that we track tickets with, but it's not very intuitive. I've already tried everything I can think of, and there's no noises it makes when a new ticket comes in, and I constantly forget to check when I'm busy with something else. An obvious answer would be just add another screen, but that's not in the budget (or space constraints for my desk) So, my question is, does a program exist where it takes a certain area of your screen (think like snippet tool) but instead of taking a picture or a video, it just opens a new window of the exact size of the specified area, and it updates it in real time. Of course, allowing you to move it around, too. I would have this already in Chrome and stuff since with Windows 10 you can snap the windows in areas of your screen, like in quarters and stuff, but the top bar of Edge, Chrome, Opera, Chromium, Firefox, etc... are all too intrusive for my taste. I'm looking for the footprint size to be almost exactly the size of the area chosen, and for it to STAY ontop. So when I'm switching windows and stuff, I don't have to constantly go back to it.
