Why I feel tricked from HTC Posted: 29 Nov 2019 11:32 AM PST One year ago I bought an HTC U Ultra device. From the very first time I noticed that the device was not able to updated to the newer android version. I decided not to send exactly because I was afraid that they would try to find something (create something on their own) in order to blame me for the damage. Two months ago, my device starts to bootloop.. So I contacted again HTC Support, and they asked me again to send the device to a repair center.. as I did! They rejected the warranty because the device has a small Mura on the screen.. so they blamed for harming the device by pressing the screen too hard, saying that they could not fix the bootloop in warranty. https://preview.redd.it/xtosvz76fo141.jpg?width=1280&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=50544f582ac76c099b08e283fa07fe9cc2d96937 In conclusion, HTC sold me a device that is defective from the first time I booted it and today is not working at all. P.S.: The spot the Mura effected was created on, is exact in front of where the CPU and the GPU are.
