Posted: 01 Oct 2019 03:20 AM PDT Hi. I have a Motorola G7 power and the battery on the corner is so damn tiny that I can't see the percentage of battery life too well. I am looking for a minor app that I can use on the status bar to show battery level. Any suggestions? [link] [comments] |
K-9 Mail is draining my battery (66.7%) Posted: 01 Oct 2019 11:31 AM PDT It's because I've configured K-9 Mail to look for incoming emails every minute... but I didn't expect it to drain so much battery. Does anyone know how to configure K-9 Mail so that it can fetch incoming emails without draining so much battery? [link] [comments] |

Is Blackberry Hub Suite Going Away? Posted: 01 Oct 2019 07:41 AM PDT With all the non news of TCL maybe ending the Blackberry Partnership does anyone know if the Blackberry Hub Suite will go away? I use it on my Samsung phone and it probably offers the best email app in the market. Showing sent emails is one of the best features. Outlook or Gmail would be killer if they offered that feature. Thoughts? [link] [comments] |

Posted: 01 Oct 2019 07:17 AM PDT I recently got a report from Play Protect saying that Zedge is a harmful app and can damage mobile and computer devices. I thought Zedge was a trustworthy app. Any suggestions on what to do or any reasons why this may have happened? Link to screenshots: https://imgur.com/gallery/WloI4zB [link] [comments] |
[Question] Gboard not giving suggestions Posted: 01 Oct 2019 06:18 AM PDT Hello everyone, As of today my Gboard decided not to give me any word suggestions when I'm using the keyboard in French. Tried switching languages, deleting English (I'm using both English and French in the keyboard) but nothing changed. Anyone has any idea what could cause it and how to fix it? I tried deleting the updates and reinstalling, force stopping, deleting cache... I'm on the OP7 Pro. [link] [comments] |
[DEV] Video Poker App Banned By Apple Posted: 30 Sep 2019 10:59 PM PDT Apologies for the clickbait title, but it's actually true. Apple has some draconian rules when it comes to what they perceive to be gambling apps - so I took my simple video poker app that had been in the App Store since 2012 (and "banned" in 2018) and rewrote it for Android. It is not feature complete yet, but after a week or so in Google Play with no downloads, I figured I'd promote it here. Free, no ads, no tracking - just simple five-card draw poker. Linux user looking for an Android app like Mcomix Posted: 01 Oct 2019 11:58 AM PDT |
Posted: 01 Oct 2019 08:11 AM PDT So I'm looking for an app, where I can place a marker on top of a photo or pdf file. And then add comments and photos to that marker. I already downloaded a few pdf editors, but haven't found something that works the way I have in mind. The idea behind it is that I can take a photo of a schematic or something. Make a marker and then take a photo at the actual location to add it to it. And also be able to write a comment next to it. [link] [comments] |
Posted: 01 Oct 2019 02:57 AM PDT This is weirdly specific and it's totally fine if nothing like it exists, but I'm looking for an app that would allow me to create quests/challenges for a group of people to accomplish in a set period of time. My friends and I organize a lot of readathons and other such challenges and I'd love to add some spice to it. I feel like it'd be a neat app concept, creating challenges to award the participants badges and such. Anyway, if anything even remotely similar exists, let me know please. Otherwise, I'll just resort to a good old checklist. Thanks for your time and any help! [link] [comments] |

Any good modified Instagram clients? Posted: 01 Oct 2019 11:36 AM PDT I'm looking for a modified Insta client like OGInsta that is up to date, or relatively up to date. I'm using GbInsta but it crashes a lot for me. I just want to be able to download images and videos from posts and stories without needing a 3rd party app. Are there any other modified clients like those two that are trustworthy and can do more than the official app? I know 3rd party IG clients aren't a thing anymore, so it's why I want an official one. I hope this doesn't break rule 1, since I'm not asking for a premium app. [link] [comments] |

Posted: 01 Oct 2019 07:09 AM PDT I've always avoided apps like this because from past experience from a few years ago they've always given me problems. I've had battery life draining and slow performance but it seems some of you are using them a lot now. Is there something you can tell me that will change my mind? [link] [comments] |

Posted: 01 Oct 2019 10:27 AM PDT Added a extra tag in the tittle just in case. Hi all I am trying to loose a bunch of weight. I am hoping to find a cross of food journal where I can pictures of my meals, and calorie guide. I've tried a few likes this, like bitesnap and LooseIts food log. But I simply don't know how many cups my small bowl and plates are (for example). I am hoping something exits that lets me take a pictures of the app can try to mach calories. I am also trying to find some more apps that are a cross of RPG, and excersizes, to help stay motivated. The app should include GPS tracking for distance, and at least walking, and HIT/On-Off style jogging. I already like some of the couch to 5k programs for that part. I'd like to add bit of RPG and game side. Idealy with a online comunity. To get a nice sense comradere, and constructive feedback at form (for weight lifting) if the app has a gym part. Thanks all!
