Pomodoro with scheduled breaks Posted: 03 Sep 2019 08:32 AM PDT I have a pomodoro app with customisable length focus and break but I want to schedule a long break to coincide with my lunch and dinner hours so I minimise break time because now the break is incorporated into the pomodoro break. Is there an app that allows me to pre emptively schedule a long break at a certain time then mould the rest of the timers to that point. Thanks [link] [comments] |

Posted: 03 Sep 2019 06:23 AM PDT I for sure thought the app had been abandoned after such a long time since its last update. Glad Dev is still working the app as it's the best Android browser imo. There's been quite few improvements but the most noticeable ones being a dark mode and snappier load times. [link] [comments] |
Posted: 03 Sep 2019 09:35 AM PDT I'm looking for an app similar to notion. In the fact that notion can create like pages and sub pages with notes or to do check boxes on any page. I have tried Joplin but it lacks the ability for sub pages unless I'm missing the obvious. Any help? Thanks [link] [comments] |
Recommend an offline note-taking app for Android and PC? This rules out Evernote and OneNote Posted: 03 Sep 2019 10:50 AM PDT As per the subject. On my work PC I currently use the now deprecated OneNote 2016 for Windows, which still allows notes to be stored locally. As far as I understand, the Android version requires notebooks to be stored on Microsoft's onedrive cloud - there is no alternative (right?) Can any one recommend an alternative app?
Thanks! [link] [comments] |

[DEV] Quicktimer - Useful timers at your fingertips! Posted: 03 Sep 2019 06:13 AM PDT Hey redditors 👋
Well, Quicktimer is a clean and simple app that reimagines the timer app concept. Get quick access to useful timers, right on the main screen! No more having to manually input the time you want every time you want to use a timer, all you have to do is choose from the collection of timers we have and you're off!
No worries, If you can't find a timer you want in our collection, just add your own!The timers you add in your library will always be there each time you launch the app.Let's say you use a timer to brush your teeth each night, just add it in your library once, and you won't have to input "3:00" in a timer app each night 😉 Features
Thank you for taking the time of your day to read this, get it here : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=intik.quicktime Enjoy! 😊 [link] [comments] |
How to see Time of Reddit Post with long Author Name in the App? Posted: 02 Sep 2019 11:22 PM PDT Just tried the app and got a bit frustrated already. See: https://imgur.com/a/O8i9PyR App does not support landscape apparently. Tapping the line with author and time doesn't do anything either. [link] [comments] |
Frankenstein of your favourite apps. Posted: 03 Sep 2019 07:56 AM PDT What feature you miss and desperately needed in your favourite app which is available in another app For me. 1) Uc browser with privacy policy of Firefox. 2)FX File explorer with storage analyser of file manager + and UI of solid explorer. 3)Nova launcher with always on keyboard feature from kiss launcher. Gallery app with volume key navigation? Posted: 02 Sep 2019 06:38 PM PDT I've been searching for gallery apps that have the option to navigate through pictures using the volume keys. I would prefer to quickly go through my pictures by tapping the volume keys repeatedly, rather than by swiping quickly (or by using an overview). Do you guys have any suggestions? Thanks. Posted: 03 Sep 2019 12:51 AM PDT *note down It would be better if app has image attachment feature. Like I would attach today's photo. After year i would attach new photo. [link] [comments] |

Suggest a good expense manager app Posted: 03 Sep 2019 09:06 AM PDT Can someone here suggest any good expense manager app ? I just want a simple app which doesn't ask my bank details etc. Everytime I buy something I will manually add that entry in app so it doesn't need my SMS details. Please suggest a good secure and reliable app. Free is preferred (obviously) but if it is good reasonably priced paid app I will consider paying for it. Thanks. [link] [comments] |

Posted: 03 Sep 2019 11:53 AM PDT I use a Google account with Outlook for work and a personal Gmail account with the GMail app. Both accounts show up in the Gmail app and I don't see where I can delete the account without deleting it from the phone. Id like to keep my work acct on Outlook and personal on Gmail. Is this possible? [link] [comments] |

Posted: 03 Sep 2019 10:57 AM PDT Been using Evernote. Is there an app that you can give your schedule, and then has note files corresponding to that day in seperate files? So that I can organize notes by date and without effort create notes for a particular day/class for that day. [link] [comments] |

Posted: 03 Sep 2019 09:52 AM PDT Hey all, first post here! I've been developing Android apps for almost 3 years now, and only got into unit testing (yes I know, sorry) in the last year. We have a lot of custom views with logic in them, and as a result, when unit testing them, we use Robolectric and it's becoming pretty slow with a 1000 unit tests. What are some recommendations to avoid using Robolectric when you "have" to use it? Do people separate the logic from the view with a presenter or some view model like object? Thank you very much! Posted: 03 Sep 2019 09:47 AM PDT Are there any apps other than the official one that allows you to control the menus? The official one doesn't allow copy and pasting from my phone, and typing out URLs sucks. [link] [comments] |
