Posted: 23 Jul 2019 03:07 PM PDT Like what the actual fuck. Just look at the back, it's like someone hit it with a hammer multiple times. Also this is not even US, it's EU! I mean, DHL is able to deliver it from Poland without any problem, but UPS trash can't do the same? [link] [comments]
One plus 7 pro auto brightness still sucks Posted: 23 Jul 2019 10:38 AM PDT Is anyone else having issues with their auto brightness going really dim randomly under no lighting change? As I type this, my brightness jumped way back up. [link] [comments]
Since I saw some night sky pics in here I thought I'd give it a try. Posted: 23 Jul 2019 03:05 PM PDT I just shot this on my OP6T with the the stock camera app. 20s exposure, 1600ISO, unedited version. [link] [comments]
9.5.10 Pro Mode Camera Update Before and After! Posted: 23 Jul 2019 10:47 AM PDT Here is a before and after test shot using Pro mode with the new 9.5.10 update for the OnePlus 7 Pro. http://imgur.com/gallery/JdetpL9 What I've noticed: - Better colors - Better detail Clouds were passing during the second shot so it came out a bit darker. I took multiple shots with different ISO and shutter speeds and shots taken with the update all showed an improvement in color and detail. I know the OnePlus camera team isn't as big as Samsung's or Apple's, but they've been doing a phenomenal job with the camera improvements. If you're reading this, thank you. My confidence in OnePlus has never been higher. [link] [comments]
Just upgraded to the 7 Pro. What games best take advantage of the device? Posted: 23 Jul 2019 04:44 PM PDT So yeah, like the title states, I just got the 7 Pro a few days ago (this phone is absolutely amazing) and I'm stunned by how good even PoGo and Golf Clash look/perform with the 90hz screen. What other games really take advantage of this phone's power? Thanks ahead of time! [link] [comments]
OP6T is the only OP device I've had that consistently needs a reboot every few hours. Posted: 23 Jul 2019 06:03 PM PDT I've had this phone for nearly 4 months and this has been an issue since day one. I have also flashed fresh versions of the ROM — the problem continues. The issue: Every few hours (this can mean every 3 hours or 24 hours, but everyday for sure), my applications refuse to open and consistently force close upon tapping them. I'm not even able to open settings! I am able to open messages, phone, and that's about it. I reboot my device, and boom, it's back to normal. This is extremely infuriating as I work from my phone and need to access documents, answer calls, take pictures, etc., and have had multiple instances where I've been in the middle of a conference call and couldn't access documents that were crucial for viewing at that moment in time. Does anyone have a fix for this? I have had the OP1, OP2, OP3, and now the OP6T. This was an EXTREME turn off from OP, especially since their support was the worst customer service I've ever come in contact with. [link] [comments]
OxygenOS 9.0.7 OTA for OnePlus 5 and OnePlus 5T Posted: 23 Jul 2019 06:31 AM PDT

Posted: 23 Jul 2019 12:57 PM PDT I bought a 7 Pro a little over a month ago and decided I didn't love it within the 15 days of it arriving. I kept it in a case the entire time I used it. I sent it back a few weeks ago and I received an email from them on July 3 saying they received it. Today I noticed in my bank account I still haven't received the refund so I contacted their customer service. They told me my return request was refused since they claim there are scratches on the phone (again, I kept in a case the entire time). After scrolling down half a page of text in their terms I finally see where it says they can refuse the return. This is super frustrating to me since they claim the returns are "effortless". I'm sure OnePlus isn't the only company who has a return policy like this, but it's frustrating nonetheless. What I'm mostly mad about is that I was never notified that my request was refused. Is it just me or does that seem really shady, keeping my money and my phone without telling me? They say they'll send my phone back but refuse to refund the Protection Plan I purchased (I never activated it if that makes a difference) as well as the cable I purchased (which I never opened). I doubt something like creating a claim with my credit card company would make a difference since OnePlus says in their terms that they can refuse the return if they claim it's not in the right condition. Is there anything I can do to get my money back? [link] [comments]
So Assurant can't replace my 7 Pro Posted: 23 Jul 2019 06:07 PM PDT So Assurant can't replace my 7 Pro because they said they have non in there warehouse, they said they would have to give me a equivalent. That sucks, but ok. Got the email today that the phone they where sending was going to be a T-Mobile Revvlry....uh what? My phone cost $699 and had 256gb...your telling me they will replace mine with a $200 phone with 32gb and call that an equivalent...my night has pretty much been ruined by calling Assurant and T-Mobile... I should note that obviously I'm not letting this fly, already been on the phone with both and have confirmed that this is not right. No way am I going to accept a $200 phone to my $700 phone. OnePlus 5 and 5T get native screen recording in latest OTA update Posted: 23 Jul 2019 03:00 PM PDT

Posted: 23 Jul 2019 07:52 AM PDT So I recently upgraded from the 2 to the 6 since it was discounted on Amazon Prime Day in Germany. However the Tempered Glass Screen Protector is out of stock on the OnePlus side for a while now. The support said they have no information when it will be available again. I bought a no name protector. It has a black edge that is blocking some pixels and shrinks the display significant. Do you guys think it is going to be sold again or that OnePlus is killing the 6 and their accessories? Anyone knows a good alternative beside the original? [link] [comments]
I have a question, please help: Posted: 23 Jul 2019 02:00 PM PDT Where, besides the OnePlus website, can I buy an official red silicone case and an official Warp Charge cable? The are no stores anywhere near me that sell OnePlus accessories, so I tried to order the stuff off of the website, but my debit card kept getting declined. I just used my card today, just to make sure it was working, and it worked just fine. (btw I live in the U.S.) [link] [comments]
Posted: 23 Jul 2019 06:50 PM PDT Apologies if this has been answered before, but I've been considering buying a OnePlus 7 (non-pro) and am a little worried about coverage in the states. Does anyone have any experience/reason I should or shouldn't be worried? Thanks! [link] [comments]
Buying a 7 pro Friday, is the included case decent enough? Posted: 23 Jul 2019 03:04 PM PDT Just wanting to know if I should order a case off Amazon now or if the included case is usable. [link] [comments]
Posted: 23 Jul 2019 06:36 PM PDT Hi guys, Which phone has a better camera the one plus 7 pro or mi 9 ? Thanks [link] [comments]
OnePlus 7 Pro Tmo update - 9.5.9gm31cb Posted: 23 Jul 2019 06:14 PM PDT I just received an update to my OnePlus 7 Pro (6 pm PST) that updated my phone to the July 1st security patch. At this time I haven't noticed any other changes. The update weighed in at just over 300 MB. Does anyone have any other information on this? [link] [comments]
9.5.9 OTA LIVE for Tmobile OP7 Pro Posted: 23 Jul 2019 10:31 AM PDT
Posted: 23 Jul 2019 04:46 PM PDT I'm thinking about buying my fiancee a one plus 7 pro. Someone is selling a model GM1915. Stating it's from One Plus website and they just didn't like it. They're selling it for a good price but isn't that model a T-Mobile and not the one from one plus? [link] [comments]
Posted: 23 Jul 2019 12:20 PM PDT New OP6T user here. Oxygen OS is pretty good as always but having come from a OP3T with a custom OS I am very much missing some of the functionality I had there - I used the NLOS (Lineage OS variant) custom ROM and would appreciate recommendations for a OP6T OS which would cover the following: - Youtube Vanced support. From the website info, this requires a rom which can be installed along with MicroG, and from my limited knowledge not every OS is able to do that so this would be a priority requirement. - Ability to hold vol+/- buttons to forward/next track - Hold back to kill feature (this is usually under developer options but it seems to be missing in OOS) - More "screen off gesture" options. For example on the NLOS 3T rom you could set an action for single-swipe right (instead of drawing an arrow) or single-swipe down - i really dislike needing to double-swipe down to pause music. - Brightness control by swiping along the notification bar - Being able to pull down the full notification status menu by draggong from top-right corner (not having to double-swipe down) - Full customization for Recents, Home and Back. For example, being able to change single-click action for these and not just "double click" and "hold" actions. [link] [comments]
Posted: 23 Jul 2019 07:45 AM PDT I am wondering what codes are available to be dialed on the 7 Pro? Namely hoping to find a counter for number of times the camera has been opened. Drop some codes below and what they do! [link] [comments]
Planning on getting an OP7 Pro - good tempered glasses? Posted: 23 Jul 2019 02:22 AM PDT So, I'm planning to get an OP7 Pro and I'm looking for a tempered glass that doesn't break the bank and is rather easy to apply as well. Any tempered glasses that you can recommend? [link] [comments]
