I also want to ask somebody who has experience with this kind of business if its better to buy non-functional laptops or refurbished laptops from wholesale webpages eg. merkandi https://merkandi.com/products/lenovo-t440-52/314411 or where to buy cheap refurbished or non-functional laptops.
