Posted: 29 May 2019 09:47 AM PDT So I currently live in China and have been shopping around. Was super excited about the K20 Pro but after having a hands-on... Meh. Specs are obviously killer for the most part, but the build quality just feels... Cheap? Camera seemed pretty inferior and the lights on the pop up camera are kinda ugly imo. Kind of like something I'd find at a fake market. This is obviously just 100% my opinion and probably not worth posting but just thought I'd share [link] [comments]

Custom firmware failure, how to identify cloned board? Posted: 29 May 2019 09:45 PM PDT These are my specs from the M365_downG when I try to upload a botox custom firmware: BLE - 10201BMS - 10201DRV - 500 Battery date 2018 Every time I try to flash it fails with 0% or 1% and "[3]sent retry". The board looks identical to the blue ones on ebay that claim to be OEM, and it shows up under MiHome and the ninebot apps. How can I determine if the board is genuine and where should I go from here? [link] [comments]
Note 3 screen turned black but still usable Posted: 29 May 2019 03:32 PM PDT I have been using my Xiaomi redmi note 3 for years and the screen suddenly turned black. When I tap on the screen I can still feel the vibrations from typing in the passcode and hear the apps opening. Does anyone know what might be wrong with my note 3? Is it the LCD? 2 questions about the Mi Pad 4 Posted: 29 May 2019 05:13 PM PDT There is a 32gb version with 3gb of memory. Does this version have the 660 Snapdragon chip? Also, when will they make the Mi Pad 4 available in the US/on Amazon? I waited for a while for the Redmi Note 7 and finally purchased one. Now I want the tablet! [link] [comments]
Posted: 29 May 2019 10:20 AM PDT Is it worth it to buy the Pocophone from the 2019 batch? I know the device had many issues when launched but many were fixed in the new batch. In particular, has the screen touch lag been fixed? And device overall quality. Please don't comment just to recommend K20 MI8 Oneplus blablabla [link] [comments]
Touchscreen unresponsive Redmi S2 Posted: 29 May 2019 08:06 PM PDT Hello everyone, today I changed my screen, everything was fine until I noticed that after I lock the screen, it becomes unresponsive, but it still powers on. I have to reboot it in order to get it working again. Any help? [link] [comments]
Posted: 29 May 2019 07:29 PM PDT When I select my KLWP wallpaper it works but if i lock and try to turn on my phone again it turns off and goes to the recovery. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong or how to fix this? I'm on miui 10 global. [link] [comments]

Posted: 29 May 2019 06:33 AM PDT Just got a Mi 9. Noticed the Bluetooth sound using Sennheiser 4.50 is very low. Noticeably louder when connected using the wire. Any thoughts on a fix? [link] [comments]

I want to buy a Xiaomi, but is it a safe buy? Posted: 29 May 2019 05:18 PM PDT The Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite seems like a cool phone (and somewhat cheap) that I want to get. The problem is that I'm feeling a bit skeptical about buying from a Chinese company when Huawei just got cut-off. Is Xiaomi safe to buy? [link] [comments]
Is buying a redmi k20 pro worth ditching an S7 Edge? Posted: 29 May 2019 01:14 PM PDT I have a Galaxy S7 edge(Exynos) which after 2 years of use is still a pretty beast. The user experience is still almost flawless (except google maps, I swear the optimalization is a mess), I have a relatively good battery life 4-5HRs SOT, a broken screen unfortunately(yikes). But even though the phone could keep up for years (IMO), the redmi k20 pro just really catches my eyes. I really can't decide without some help if it's time to switch phones. Can anyone care to explain me which parts of the k20 pro beats my s7 in terms of specs etc. Is the camera experience will be an update or a downgrade? (Ik about no OIS). Overall the redmi k20 pro is just epic, and all these new tech (in display fp reader, notchless 92% screen to body) along with the beast specs are just really convincing. [link] [comments]
Xiaomi Smart Temperature & Humidity Sensor - cannot view historical data Posted: 29 May 2019 12:49 PM PDT I have the Xiaomi Smart Temperature & Humidity Sensor and I cannot view historical data (i.e. a log or graph of previous temperatures). This is a major problem because it was the reason I bought the device, and without it the thing is nearly useless. This is what I see in the app: https://i.imgur.com/NIuPLaS.png This is what it shows in the video: https://i.imgur.com/1g8KT0X.jpg You can see the graphs in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q-VYxZtR-Dg Does anyone know why it doesn't work? Do I need to have a "gateway" to see these graphs? Thanks! Christine [link] [comments]

Is Redmi Note 7 (non pro) worth buying right now? Posted: 29 May 2019 01:08 AM PDT Redmi k20 is coming (and a3), is it worth buying the redmi note 7 right now or should I wait? [link] [comments]
Should I change my Galaxy Note 5 for a Redmi Note 7? Posted: 29 May 2019 02:32 PM PDT That's the question, i want to change my phone for the most part because of the battery, i can't live with only 3 F*cking hours of screen on time. Is it worth? I think the SD660 is more powerful than my Exynos 7420 and the camera is also superior, but want to hear your thoughts. Take in mind that i'm fairly poor and it'll be a bit of a challenge to gather money to buy the phone, but i can manage if it's worth it. [link] [comments]
