Canadians: The OnePlus 7 Pro does NOT start at 670 USD (909 CAD) here, but 740 USD (999 CAD) Posted: 14 May 2019 09:54 AM PDT Almost 100 extra. (And yes, it's for the 6gb variant). Don't mean to temper hype or anything, but it's something you should know [link] [comments]
Unpopular opinion: The OnePlus 7 Pro is too big Posted: 14 May 2019 12:08 PM PDT I'll pass on the new 7 Pro because it's noticeably bigger than the 6T (which was slightly bigger than the 6 that I own at the moment). It's not convenient for one hand use anymore and won't fit in most of my jeans' pockets. Too bad, because I think it's a great device... [link] [comments]
AMA about the OnePlus 7 Pro + Bullets Wireless 2 + Warp Charge 30 Car Charger Posted: 14 May 2019 09:32 AM PDT Hi /r/OnePlus, My name is Mishaal Rahman, Editor-in-chief of XDA-Developers. I've had the OnePlus 7 Pro, the Sandstone Protective Case, the Nylon Bumper case, the Bullets Wireless 2, and the Warp Charge 30 Car Charger for the past 2 weeks. I published an extensive review over on XDA but will continue to provide coverage as we find new things. Since there's so much to digest, I'm here to answer any questions you may have about any of the devices announced today (except for the regular OnePlus 7 because I haven't used it.) AMA! The standard 7 shouldn't be disregarded Posted: 14 May 2019 11:44 AM PDT This will be overlooked and overshadowed by the pro, but spare a thought for the standard 7. Vs the 6t: 855 instead of 845, Improved 48mp camera sensor, Dual stereo speakers, UFS3.0, Improved vibration motor, Improved fingerprint sensor, Cheaper price than the 6t launched at. All in 6 months. Not bad. [link] [comments]
Just got the OnePlus 7 Pro from Tmobile AMA Posted: 14 May 2019 03:23 PM PDT Hi guys, just got back home from the T-Mobile signature store in time square. I did jump on demand from my one plus 6t so I'm here to help for any questions you guys have! [link] [comments]
One Plus, your Canada price is straight up rip off. Posted: 14 May 2019 06:44 PM PDT It costs CAD$1000, which is around US$745 before taxes. US$669 should translate to CAD$900 and most people wouldn't mind if you priced it $920 due to exchange rate fluctuations. But damn $1000? And $1200 after tax for a One Plus phone? No thanks. Just wondering what's the reason for charging so much extra? [link] [comments]
Posted: 14 May 2019 09:51 AM PDT "The OnePlus 7 Pro has faster Dash Warp Charging than the OnePlus 6T and prior, peaking at around 30W (5V, 6A) up from 20W (5V 4A) on the old Dash Charge. It is also able to pull more via the Power Delivery spec, peaking at ~5V 3A in my testing (up from 5V 1.5A on the OnePlus 6/6T)." Always been one of my bigger complaints. Dash charging is dope, but every other charger tops off the OnePlus phones, real slow. Now you can use your laptop charger, or any other USB-pd phone charger or car charger, or battery pack to get fairly decent fast charging. More options is always good. [link] [comments]
OnePlus 7 Plus Markup in Canada (CAD) Posted: 14 May 2019 10:06 AM PDT I apologize as this only applies to those who are in Canada, though feel free to post if you're from elsewhere! I have been searching around, and obviously this is still early and a lot has yet to be posted, but does anyone know why there's an extra $90+ markup on the exchange rate this year? ($670 USD != $999 CAD) In past years OnePlus has always been really good about these and in fact are usually lower than the exchange rate cost of the device (i.e. my Wireless Bullets at launch), but now they have not only moved out of the mid-tier pricing, but fully into flagship pricing with the extra cost tacked on top.. Just seems odd to me and curious if anyone has any ideas / thoughts as to why they chose to do it this year! [link] [comments]

Posted: 14 May 2019 11:46 AM PDT Using the India OnePlus prices as the reference, the base non pro 7 is roughly 32% cheaper than the base 7 pro, - 32,999 vs 48,999 INR, put differently, the 7 Pro is 48% more expensive than the non-pro. Bummer that only Europe and Asia will be available to purchase the non-pro 7. [link] [comments]
OP7 Pro Missing Band 30 (AT&T) and Band 71 LTE (T-Mo) on Specs Page Posted: 14 May 2019 10:19 AM PDT Oddly enough, Band 30 LTE (AT&T) and Band 71 LTE (T-Mobile) appear to be missing from the tech specifications. OnePlus has never regressed in LTE Band Support, and especially for T-Mobile, has always supported the latest LTE Bands including B71 with the OnePlus 6. B30 has been present since the OnePlus 3 and would be an extremely odd omission. Seems unlikely that B71 is actually not supported since OnePlus partnered with T-Mobile and T-Mobile previously confirmed B71 support for the OP7 Pro. Definitely concerning that these bands are missing, but this is probably a mistake and not actual reduction in band support. OP7 Pro: [link] [comments]

6T price cut announced: $30 May 17 Posted: 14 May 2019 09:05 AM PDT One of the most asked questions here. Well, there's your answer. All variants of 6t to drop $30 on May 17th. Source: Venturebeat [link] [comments]
Posted: 14 May 2019 06:05 AM PDT In Norway you can get a second hand OP6 for as low as 230$ in mint condition. I'm quite shocked actually, cause of how much phone you get for the price. How is it in your country? Do they hold value or drop fast? [link] [comments]
Help me understand how $669 equals to 709€ Posted: 14 May 2019 09:46 AM PDT Everyone i saying the price starts at $669 but here in Europe it is 709€ for base model. When I convert 709€ to $ it is around $795. The price doesn't look as nice now right? [link] [comments]
Best place to order the 7 Pro in Australia? Posted: 14 May 2019 07:22 PM PDT I'd like to order it asap, does anyone know where I can order it from or have any recommendations? Thanks! [link] [comments]
Posted: 14 May 2019 06:58 PM PDT Hey guys, I'm going to try and buy a Oneplus 7 pro 8GB +256GB but I'm not sure which color I should get. On one hand, I like the mirror grey because of it's simplicity and since I currently own a grey phone (iphone 6), but I also like the nebula blue and it looks pretty sick. [link] [comments]
800USD / S$1100 for 6GB/128GB Variant of 7 Pro in Singapore Posted: 14 May 2019 06:30 PM PDT Just a heads up to my fellow Singaporeans in the subreddit, comparing the prices between USA, Europe, India and Canada, we have one of the highest mark up made by oneplus, of nearly $200. Might be best to wait out a few months and let the price fall before purchasing. [link] [comments]
Once on Amazon, should I try ordering the OnePlus 7 Pro in Australia? Posted: 14 May 2019 05:57 PM PDT How safe is it to obtain this way? I'm heavily conflicted between OnePlus 7 Pro and Galaxy S10+ (exynos), and ease/safety of self-import is a major factor to me. [link] [comments]
Posted: 14 May 2019 05:52 PM PDT Can you trade in multiple phones for the Oneplus 7 Pro trade-in program? Couldn't find anything in their FAQ. [link] [comments] |
