Is it safe to fast charge the Galaxy Buds?

    Posted: 04 Apr 2019 06:47 AM PDT

Got my buds yesterday but realized they only come with a USB cable, not the wall charger. This makes me assume I should be using a standard charger for them but would it be safe for the battery to instead use the fast charger that came with my S10?

    Samsung smart wifi ad blocking

    Posted: 04 Apr 2019 05:49 AM PDT

Few days ago I had posted about an update to my Samsung smart wifi - https://www.reddit.com/r/samsung/comments/b7rtp1/just_got_this_update_for_my_samsung_smart_router/?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share

After 3 days of use I realized the following about the ad-blocking feature- 1. Definitely blocks ads on websites but leaves this being - http://imgur.com/a/q9IszD3 2. Does not yet block ads on YouTube, although I noticed a few errors on ad playback while using PC. 3. Seems to be blocking ads on a few Android apps. 4. About 10% of Video ads in Android games get playback errors.

The above started happening after the update, but could be because of other factors too.

One of the first pictures I've taken with my S10+ and I'm already in love

This person attempted to fool the new Samsung Galaxy S10's ultrasonic fingerprint scanner by using 3d printing. They succeeded.

    Another battery post

    Posted: 04 Apr 2019 04:30 AM PDT

I've posted before about my s10 plus battery life, but I feel like somethings a tad weird. I'm am Eynox, get about 2 and a half hours of screen time with the 10 hours standby.

When I see a review of the s10 plus, it either says the battery is amazing or its sub standard, I've put a few apps to sleep but that doesn't seem to have affected my battery life.

If anyone could shed some light itd be really appreciated!

You really can't send MMS over Wifi anymore with Android Pie?

    Posted: 04 Apr 2019 07:32 AM PDT

Xfinity Mobile just rolled out the Android UI One / Android Pie update for their Galaxy 8 devices today. One of the first things I did was take a screenshot to send to my husband, but it wouldn't send on Wifi. Seriously? Is it just Xfinity, or is it like this for everyone? I was able to receive MMS on Wifi (with my data turned off), and my husband was able to send one bc he hadn't updated yet.

What's the point in this? So people will use more data sending pics and videos? To try to encourage them to get the unlimited plans?

    Galaxy buds

    Posted: 04 Apr 2019 07:29 AM PDT

Galaxy buds doesn't have it's own speaker volume like the gear icon x? When I press to raise volume on speaker for galaxy buds it raises the phone volume.

When might the new Samsung Galaxy Buds be available in store?

    Posted: 04 Apr 2019 05:55 AM PDT

Not many stores (if at all any), have them. I've been looking online and calling local Best Buys. Are they on back order?

About to make the switch from iOS to S10/s10+. iMessage group messages?

    Posted: 04 Apr 2019 05:26 AM PDT

So I turned off and deregistered iMessage on my iphone and iPad a few days ago to kind of "test the waters" of being without it. My wife and I use telegram primarily when we chat regardless, but there's a few people I group message with on iMessage.

So in the past few days its mostly been smooth sailing with no iMessage on my iphone, but 2 of my group messages are giving me trouble, and one persons normal messages I'm not getting at all.

I had planned on making the switch to either an S10 or S10+ today, but I'm worried I won't be able to resolve this apple thing holding onto my SMS and MMS messages.

I've done a lot of googling, but I haven't really found a solution to this. Does anyone have any advice?
