    HTC One M9 help.

So I have an old HTC One M9 model smartphone. Yes yes I know it's an old outdated model. But I usually like to hold onto it until I absolutely have to change a phone which very well could be happening. Now I understand that this is not the right place to go for technical support but since I can't seem to get in touch with the proper technical support website I'm doing it here.

Anyway a couple of days ago I was trying to copy a link from a website onto my phone but unfortunately for some reason it won't copy the links anymore. You know how when you go up to the upper right hand corner of a website and you see in the little bar the icon of three dots. You press the three dots and it will say things like copy link and stuff. In the past when I would hit copy link it would say that the link was copied to the clipboard. It doesn't say this anymore. I've gone to the actual HTC help website and I can't find anything surrounding this problem. Is my phone just flat-out starting to die or is something else happening? I've already tried rebooting my phone many times over. This hasn't helped. Now unfortunately turning my phone off is basically not an option. My phone acts like a signal booster for a Bluetooth enabled cardiac device in my chest. So unfortunately my phone can never be shut off. Anyway if anyone knows of a thing that I can do that doesn't require getting a new phone any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Who remembers htc's RE CAMERA? This is the kind of direction they [htc] should have taken back then.
