    I have bought a new battery and USB-C port from Aliexpress for my Mi Mix as the battery has degraded over time and my port is extremely loose. They seemed legit enough when they first arrived, however after I opened my phone up and compared them with the parts that were already inside, I'm no longer so certain. Could anyone with experience on this let me know whether these new parts will work or even be safe to install? Images in this imgur album:

    I need help with setting up my phone after Beta ROM 8.11.15 PLEASE

    I used the system updater and updated my phone to Global Beta ROM 8.11.15, while i was setting it up it asked for "Copy apps & data", after clicking "next" or "Dont copy" it keeps asking for a password. The password is in numbers only and i dont remember typing out something like that. What am i doing wrong here?

    I've just realised when i tap on enter the qwerty keyboard comes up but i cant type anything, when i tap on the area where i'm supposed to type, it switches to the numpad again.... FRUSTRATING

    The difference between Poco F1 and Pocophone F1

    I've just bought Xiaomi POCO F1 Indian version in Europe. I didn't even notice at first, but when I went back to the store to return it and change it to Pocophone F1 Global version, the salesman didn't want to take it back and wanted me to pay extra for the Global one.

    Are there any other differences between Poco F1 and Pocophone F1 except the name and the region? The phone seems to be working fine and I really like it. It has Global ROM.

    It has been annoying for quite a time now. Tried replacing the stock launcher with Nova but it seems like it has some frame drops and animations are not that fluid causing more annoyance. Maybe there is a way to disable the swipe up google search gesture from the home screen.
