100 simultaneous bluetooth devices connected. Android Apps

    100 simultaneous bluetooth devices connected.

    Posted: 26 Sep 2018 02:50 AM PDT

Can it be done with a third party app? Ultimate ears seems to have an app that can connect and link upto 150 of their bluetooth speakers to the same source device to play music. Can anyone explain how that works? Or if there is an option to do this if you have other bluetooth earphones? I need to test like 200 products.

Heartbeat By Fritz: A collection of machine learning experiences from Style Transfer to Object Detection

    Posted: 26 Sep 2018 07:12 AM PDT

    Eric here.

I'm one of the developers for Fritz.ai where we make it easy for developers integrate machine learning features into their apps. We recently launched our demo app called Heartbeat By Fritz on the Google Play Store just to showcase different use cases for machine learning. It launches with several features that we hope you find useful / fun:

    • Image Labeling: Identify people, places, or things
    • Object Detection: Identify different objects in an image or live video
    • Style Transfer: Transform your videos into masterpieces by famous classic and modern artists
    • Handwriting Recognition: Identify numbers between 0-9

With this, we hope that developers start to think of new, creative ideas for apps that previously weren't possible! If you have an idea, shoot it out in the comments! Also any feedback about what we should create or about the app in general is greatly appreciated :)

    Black player question

    Posted: 26 Sep 2018 07:43 AM PDT

Is there a way to select multiple tracks at once to manipulate. Usually you would long press on one and then you would be able to tap on any other tracks to manipulate but in black player it just opens the edit menu. Hopefully that makes sense I don't really know how to explain it.

Cache cleaning apps that hovers on side bars?

    Posted: 26 Sep 2018 11:42 AM PDT

Any recommended android Apps for cache cleaning?

I don't want those that requires swiping back the the desktop to activate.

My old phone used to have a built-in cleaner/recorder that hovers on the side bar at all times, allowing me to clean caches WHILE playing games. Any similar cleaners?

    Substractum Alternatives

    Posted: 26 Sep 2018 11:37 AM PDT

Hi, is there any alternative to GalaxyThemes and Substractum, both don't seem to work on my Galaxy LTE Prime.

I just want the top down bar, messages, calls, notifications and play store to use a dark theme.

And, one more question, the Amoled Beta Screen Always on sometimes doesn't trigger, anybody knows why?

List of Mature/Adult content Category names in Manga/Anime apps?

    Posted: 26 Sep 2018 10:27 AM PDT

    Hello all,

My daughter is into Manga/Anime and I am trying to find an Android app for her, where she can read the comics, I was given a few recommendations here, which are great, but there are so many categories and some look... like they could be mature (sexual in nature).

Could someone let me know the categories (names) that are "NSFW" or Adult/mature, sexual/porn etc, so I know when I check the app if it's safe for her to use? she is 10.

From my novice research, I was able to find:

    Ecchi

    Eromanga

    Gekiga

    Hentai

    Yaoi

    Yuri

    Are there others?

    Thank you!

    Music player connected to Spotify

    Posted: 25 Sep 2018 04:24 PM PDT

So I tried Bump Music Player and found the UI horrendous and worse than Spotify's current UI and even though it's buggy I prefer it. Is there any alternative so I can ditch the app but use the service?

App to add a custom shortcut?

    Posted: 26 Sep 2018 10:04 AM PDT

Anyone know how to add a custom shortcut to a specific setting? I've done tons of googling and can't find anything useful. I've got Nova installed but that doesn't seem to help in this specific situation.

For some background, I have a Note 8 on T-Mobile. I get spotty data service in my office. I can somewhat fix this by going into Settings>Connections>Mobile Network and switching from LTE/3g/2g to 3g/2g. But I then want to change it back when I leave. Anything to shorten up this twice daily process would be great.

    Help

    Posted: 26 Sep 2018 09:52 AM PDT

I made a big mistake, I used Simplenote to create notes. I made notes about some sensitive information about my bank account and other credit card and debit card pins and other login details on Simplenote.

But recently I found out that Simplenote does not encrypt data on their servers.

Now I am curious if I delete my notes or account, will the all information also get deleted from simplenote servers or not?

Please help, what should I do?

photo editing app which allows you to select which colors in a photo actually show up

    Posted: 26 Sep 2018 09:41 AM PDT

hi, i'm looking for an app that i believe i accidentally deleted and can't remember the name. the main reason i liked it is because it allowed you to tap on part of the picture (picture starts in black and white), and that color would show up wherever it is in the picture. kinda like a color splash where you choose what part of the picture you want to be colored, but instead of selecting the specific region, you select the specific color for the whole photo. thanks :)

there's a feature in the samsung photo editor app called spot color, this is very similar to what i'm looking for...the tolerance is just too high though and i can't seem to change it, so it selects too much

Notability alternative with ability to open pdfs and make highlights on images?

    Posted: 26 Sep 2018 02:56 AM PDT

I want to open pdfs and use a highlighter to draw wherever I want, like Notability:

    https://i.imgur.com/OoW2uQ7.png

Preferable with cloud backup so it's always backed up and maybe some way I can export it to my Windows computer and go through it quicker when writing down the notes from what I highlighted.

Does something like this exist? I found some people recommending Moon+ and Xodo but I can't figure out if they only support regular "highlight marked text" or if they have the function with which you can highlight whatever you want?

Fitness app that tells me what to do at the gym

    Posted: 26 Sep 2018 04:17 AM PDT

Hey all. I am looking for an app that makes my gym routine more productive for weight loss. Right now I just go and flitter around random machines with no rhyme or reason. I have plenty of apps with individual exercises, but I'm looking for something that maybe gives full routines with reps counts and teaches how to do them. That way, I can be productive. Any app out there like that? Also, something that I can do solo and doesn't require a spotter. Some apps out there are geared towards body building and have intimidating exercises.

    Posted: 25 Sep 2018 02:26 PM PDT

I currently use Orbot for internet connectivity in certain apps like browsers and banking apps and Firefox Focus for web browsing. I'm looking for more apps like these that are proven and trustworthy for functions such as typing/keyboards, messaging/SMS/MMS, etc.

Tinder doesn't work anymore since 9.5.0

    Posted: 26 Sep 2018 06:29 AM PDT

So I got this Android-Phone (6.0) from China: Landvo XM200 Pro. Everything worked fine for a long time. But since Tinder released version 9.5.0 (IIRC) no new version worked on my phone. I am stuck to 9.4.1.

I tried everything: The FAQ, I cleared the cache, I made a whole new installation of my entire phone OS, tried everything I found on the internet but no chance.

    Any suggestions?
