Posted: 31 Aug 2018 08:15 AM PDT Hi, I'd like to introduce a new app I found named "Scala for Spotify". Its working the same way like Tinder, but you look for music, not people. [link] [comments] |

Any way to remove the blank spaces left by blocked ads in Chrome? Posted: 31 Aug 2018 08:17 AM PDT Tried Minminguard but it only works in third party apps and games and has no effect on Chrome. I'm blocking ads with Adaway if it makes any difference and rooted obviously. [link] [comments] |

Looking for simple workout tracker Posted: 31 Aug 2018 02:42 AM PDT Hello, after some googling, i couldn't find what i was looking for, so I decided to ask here. No social interaction, no FB integration, no calories counter, just online/offline maps, history of workouts, export option with some statisctics added would be enough. I had similar app years ago on windows phone, but on android, there's so much different apps, it's hard to weed out the crap. I am sorry, if similar question got asked already. [link] [comments] |
[DEV] Too More Owe - Shows what you will need tomorrow in your class(for students) Posted: 31 Aug 2018 10:07 AM PDT https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ved.tmo I made an app that will show what you will require like geometry box for math class, and also shows what home work you need to submit tomorrow . Currently added machine learning for your home work , so if you add the same homework again and again then it will automatically tell you to add that home work. [link] [comments] |
Medicine Reminder App with Flexible Schedules Posted: 31 Aug 2018 05:46 AM PDT The situation: I need to take various medicines a certain number of times a day. Many reminder apps fulfill this need easily. The problem: The medicines don't have to be taken at specific times of day. For example, I can take them at 10am, 2pm, 6pm, 10pm, or at 11am, 3pm, 7pm, 11pm, as long as I take it 4 times a day. In other words, each day's reminders for each med will depend on the time I consume the first med of the day (i.e. the time I wake up). I haven't found an app that does this for me easily, such as asking for a start time each day; I have to go into the settings each time to change the timings for each med every day. Are there any apps that can do this? It doesn't have to be a mobile app for Android (though that would be most convenient). Even a method to do this via a PC software is welcome. Thank you! Video making app where I can put my offscreen voice Posted: 31 Aug 2018 04:08 AM PDT Hi. I need a video making app where I can create a video from my pictures and short videos and where I can put my offscreen voice and/or music. Any recommendations? Updated: I found the app: it's Kinemaster. [link] [comments] |
I have a question about Xposed Posted: 31 Aug 2018 06:48 AM PDT I have a S6 with Android 7.0 (stock Android ROM) rooted with Magisk 16.7, how can I install Xposed without bricking the device? (heard problems about Samsungs ROMs and Xposed) Thanks! [link] [comments] |
Posted: 30 Aug 2018 05:07 PM PDT For those with a library card that works with overdrive.com, you might want to try the Libby app within Hermit. Libby allows me to borrow books to read on my phone, but the official app wasn't working for me. Hermit is an app that allows creating lite-apps, and Libby is listed under education. Works just fine on my phone. [link] [comments] |
An app that search people based on yours installed apps (people who are using similar apps)? Posted: 31 Aug 2018 04:17 AM PDT Hi. I remember that app but I don't remember it's name. Please, help me. [link] [comments] |

[DEV] Odinn - identify famous people with facial recognition Posted: 30 Aug 2018 06:44 PM PDT I made an app that lets you identify celebrities and famous people using your phone and state-of-the-art facial recognition. Now if you see a famous person in an ad, movie, or TV show, but can't remember who it is, you can just take a photo of their face and it will tell you! It also provides a couple convenient links to more information about the person. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.odinn.androidapp This is the first app I've developed, so any recommendations of ways to improve it would be greatly appreciated! It's free, so please download it and give it a try! [link] [comments] |
An app that allows me to send text, files, URLs to PC when I'm not at home. Posted: 31 Aug 2018 07:27 AM PDT Hi. I need free app that allows me to send text, files, URLs to PC when I'm not at home. I have tried EasyJoin and Join. EasyJoin is best, but it only works on the local network (when the devices are in the same WiFi network). Join is paid after the month of trial. Any other app recommendations? [link] [comments] |
Looking for a reliable (push notification-wise) E-Mail app Posted: 31 Aug 2018 11:04 AM PDT I'm currently using Inbox and before that was using BlueMail and before that Outlook. All were finicky with push-notifications, often not notifying me of incoming mail instantly and other times pushing all my mail from the last few hours at once. I've tweaked all my settings (OP6) but I'm still having troubles. Is there any app out there that will reliably notify me or am I stuck with these least worse options? Thank you! [link] [comments] |
Instagram Stories snap to grid? Posted: 31 Aug 2018 07:04 AM PDT Made the jump from Apple to Google & am very happy so far, can't believe I didn't make the move sooner! Instagram has a nice little feature to snap text to the centre of an image on both axis but Android doesn't? Unless there's a setting I'm missing? [link] [comments] |
Any idea how can i lower signal length of my hotspot wifi? Posted: 31 Aug 2018 10:48 AM PDT basically when my phone is with me i just us it as a wifi hotspot router. the problem is i want to minimize it's range so that it can save battery life [link] [comments] |
How do I remove this horrible app "Boost" Posted: 30 Aug 2018 05:42 PM PDT I keep my phone very clean. I really dislike apps, and I have a very small selection of them. However, this morning I looked at my phone and found this little worm somehow installed itself on my phone, without my consent. It is an utterly bullshit app. After noticing it, I've been getting "VIRUS DETECTED" trash. Any help would be appreciated. [link] [comments] |
Ad block app that works with VPN in China? Posted: 30 Aug 2018 11:48 PM PDT Hi guys, I am in China and I use expressvpn to pass through internet censorship. Whenever I use blokada app, the VPN stops connecting. So essentially I can either use my vpn or block ads? Is there a way around? Or may be an ad blocking app that wouldn't stop my VPN? Thanks. I tested an App for sending postcards with the super reliable German Post Posted: 31 Aug 2018 06:28 AM PDT Hi - I was invited to test an app called CARDIETY - Postcard it your way. What the app does, is that it lets you send personalized post cards with the super reliable post cards. I tried the app and released the review on my blog - but the article is only in german (if someone is interested, it's https://www.fernwehsarah.com/de/cardiety-review/ - there also a code to try it for free :) ). However I was just wandering if they are really the first with this idea? Have you tried any other apps like this? Did they work for you? I really like the idea because when I was on my trip around the world it was often sooooo complicated to find stamps - and then you can't trust the local post to actually deliver your card :D [link] [comments] |
Looking for exercise/workout app that has various programs or routines to choose from Posted: 31 Aug 2018 04:10 AM PDT I'm looking for a fitness app that has various routines and programs to choose from, such as strength, flexibility, or mobility training, doesn't require gym equipment (maybe a dumbbell is acceptable), and doesn't need any form of subscription to enjoy the app. I've only discovered Sworkit but it's heavilyy subscription based IIRC. Posted: 31 Aug 2018 06:08 AM PDT I'm looking for an app to forward calls and text messages from phone A to phone B. Easy enough. But! When I reply or return a call, I want the outgoing number to be phone A. Does anything like this exist? [link] [comments] |
Posted: 31 Aug 2018 01:30 AM PDT I'm not sure if this is the right sub to ask, but is there anyone in here who could develop a custom app on commission? It wouldn't be very complicated. Details on acceptance. Thanks. [link] [comments] |
Has anyone found a flashcard app that takes images and drawings for free? Posted: 31 Aug 2018 07:54 AM PDT I am looking for a free flashcard app that takes images and lets you draw on the flashcards, because I want to study for my math classes. Quizlet, an app I already use, is excellent for studying, but does not allow this functionality unless you purchase it. Any suggestions are appreciated. [link] [comments] |
