| Posted: 01 Jul 2018 02:36 PM PDT I've owned 3 HTC's in my life, an M8, an M9 and an HTC 10. I've been madly in love with these phones as long as I've known of them, and I will never purchase an HTC product ever again. I sent my 10 in for repairs in mid October 2017. The rep said it would be an approximate 6 week turn around time, I said this is fine. It's now July first and I still don't have my phone. Customer service reps just jerk me around, giving me the same old "we can't do anything" with a smile. I can't buy a new phone because I still own an $800 phone that I'm allegedly getting back at some point, and I'm stuck using an old Iphone that I despise. Never in my life have I been treated like such worthless garbage by a company, and yet here we are. /end rant [link] [comments]  |
