    I gotta admit. After the Miui 9.5.4.0, the memory issue of my RN4 3/32 has been resolved. Previously, it used be only 1.2/1.3Gb available. Now though, the available ram is always at 1.5Gb minimum, doing 1.6Gb and sometimes, even 1.7Gb.

    Xiaomi Notebook Pro backlight bleeding

    Hi!

    Recieved the laptop two days ago. Everything is amazing, but I noticed some backlight bleeding. Some say it's normal for IPS, some say it's not accaptable. It doesn't really bother me in everyday use, but still, I'd prefer if it was perfect :)

    Do you think this is normal? The top right corner is IPS glow, which is normal, the rest is backlight bleeding as I see it. Black screen, max brightness in a dark room.

    Those with the Mi A1 in the US, how's your experience been?

    I saw how cheap this phone is compared to my Z2 Play, and was curious about it. I'm using T-mobile (Simple Mobile technically) and does the lack of band 12 affect much?

    Mi Note 2 or Note 3?

    I'm a little confused...

    I hear from others on here recommending the Mi Note 3 on occasion but I don't much concerning the Mi Note 2.

    From what I can gather the almost everything about the Note 2 is better. From the display to the processor and better LTE band coverage. The only advantage I in for the Note 3 is the camera, which seems to be better.

    What am I missing?

    Mi 6 Bluetooth Issues

    Hello,

    I bought a Mi 6 on 06/2017 and a few days later the Global Rom came out and everything seemed fine. I believe it was with the next update (Android 7.1.1) that my BT stopped working with my car... They are able to pair, and I even make phone calls but no sound is sent or received.Music does not play either... With my previous iPhone there were no issues, neither with other iPhones and a Mi A1 or a Mi Note 4. I tried with all the official roms that were released since then and even Unlocking the BL and testing xiaomi.eu... still the same problem...

    Anyone with similar issues?

    Xiaomi A1 still on Version 7.1.2

    Got 2 Xiaomi A1 phones. One is on Version 8 and is able to update but the other is stuck on Version 7.1.2 and says the "system is up to date."

    Any hints on how to update the phone?

    Official Global Rom (miui V9.2.1.0) on Mi 5S Plus and Playstore "UNCERTIFIED"

    Hello So i recently got a xiaomi mi 5s plus and installed the latest updates but i couldn't install netflix.

    I think the reason for this is the fact my playstore is "uncertified". Anyway to get arround this or anyone knows how this is possible?

    Bought it from goldway on aliexpress and looked in the settings and i'm pretty sure it's an official global rom. (Also did an OTA)

    Looking to get my first xiaomi

    As the title says I'm looking for my 1st xiaomi. I'm a pretty casual phone user and my nexus 5 is getting long in the tooth..

    I'd just like an decent camera and good screen.

    The ones I'm looking at are the Xiaomi Redmi 5 plus / Xiaomi Redmi Note 5A.

    What would you guys recommend between these 2? Any other recommendations are welcome!

    I've made an order on dhgate for a Xiaomi mi notebook pro i5 8gb from a seller who claims he is an authorised Xiaomi seller in the listing. It was on sale for $710 . The product has went up to over $1000 there are limited reviews on his site and I am apprehensive to pay for the order now. Does anyone have experience purchasing Xiaomi products through dhgate?

    How do I differentiate between the global version and the chinese version of a xiaomi phone,in particular a redmi 5 plus?

    I don't have any official Xiaomi stores around me so I am resorting to buying it unofficially. I know that the boxes of the chinese version come with chinese labeling and user manual while global versions come with english texts. But is there any way to differentiate and verify between the two just using the hardware,i.e. the phone.

    miui 9.5.4 fullscreen gestures

    So I upgraded yesterday and have mixed feelings about the new update. I previously used to have the softkeys hidden and navigated using the quickball, but the hidden softkeys have its purpose. For one I can use it to quickly switch between apps, and now with the new update, I can use it to easily go into split screen mode. It also has other customizable functions. Previously, I could have the fullscreen experience while still have all the functionalities softkeys provide. But with the introduction of gestures, I'm forced to choose one over the other. I really am hoping that I could use the quickball as replacement for the softkeys, but long pressing and double tapping do nothing in quickball which is a massive disappointment. Thoughts and/or workarounds?

    Purchase advice: Mi 5s vs Mi 6 (Camera, LineageOS)

    Hi, I'm looking at upgrading my phone and the camera quality's a leading factor. Last time I checked the Mi 5S with LineageOS was pretty great, while the Mi 6 needed a bit of work. That was over 3 months ago, though (I was waiting on the EU store restock). Is the Mi 5s still the best bet here?

    I have a Mi Notebook pro. I reformatted the laptop to get Windows Home in English, using the guide I found online. However, I failed to activate the ms office 2016 when the OS was still in Chinese, and now when i check my microsoft account, the product key wasn't linked to it. Is there any way to see the product key of the office 2016, even after a reformat?
