| Posted: 31 Mar 2022 02:08 AM PDT Hello! I hope everyone is doing great and Friday is around the corner already. I wonder if anyone can help me here, or this is even the right subreddit to ask this. I'm a business manager in a small company, and we have one sales email which is basically our support email. I've been fighting against people opening emails by mistake and not answering them. This means the email will be marked as read and that customer will receive no answer. I looked at CRMs, ticketing systems, and all that, but that's waaaaaaaay too much for what I need. I would like to find something free (if it exists) that can just allocate that email to a specific person, so I can dictate which emails go to whom.
