| Any repair management apps for tablets/phones? Posted: 18 Feb 2022 02:07 PM PST As the title says. Looking to get a local PC/phone repair business off the ground and don't really want to deal with hosting my own management software or paying a ton for RepairShopr (in the beginning at least). I know wt.rs is a favorite of many, and it does seem quite good. But in the hunt for other options, does anybody know of any repair management/tracking native apps for iOS or Android? | Who even uses Request Tracker? Posted: 17 Feb 2022 03:05 PM PST Hey everyone, I am working on setting up an RT server at work and wanted to know if anyone has any advice? I know documentation can be lacking but my coworker and I are have been creating our own through trial and error and if anyone would like access to or to contribute to, I can start a GitHub page. I have also started a VERY early build of a ticket submission program coded in python utilizing REST API and I'd be happy to share my progress with anyone interested. But please keep in mind I'm a self-taught programmer, so really I know just about enough to be dangerous! [link] [comments] |
