| Posted: 26 Jan 2022 08:02 PM PST an example off of the top of my head: for kindle fire there's this xda toolbox which can help one get rid of the crappy stuff but thats not an tutorial but is relatively easy to use, i say relatively as its not as difficult than installing a custom rom afik is there some guide or walkthrough for redmi or mi phones in-order to get rid of the bloatware & mildly infuriarating features that slow down the phone & are totally backwards in terms of user friendliness i believe most the MI apps cant be uninstalled but they some of the third party junk can be & some stuff can be done to mitigate the dumb stuff like themes suggestions / locksreen background crap / mi appstore the list goes on & on [link] [comments] | ||

My phone has an option to turn on the Volte. I turn it on and it does nothing, I have no more service. I have severe dislike for MIUI and I'm really into custom ROMs: being able to flash them is not up to debate. This is exclusive to my device and not global and I saw an offer: for 400€, I can get either a 10T Pro or another Mi 11i (basic, this one is not Pro). I don't know which one do you recommend and would like to know based on both performance for gaming and camera, I will heavily use both functionalities. MANDATORY: TOUCH MODULES MUST BE FUNCTIONAL. Every time I flashed any recovery mine would stop working until I rteflashed MIUI. That is the faulty fabrication. If you recommend me 10T Pro, please assure me no phone of that model ever had the issue I'm naming, literally the first thing I'm doing is removing MIUI from it as soon as I can. Thanks in advance. | Redmi 10 prime usb file transfer problems Posted: 26 Jan 2022 09:59 PM PST When I connect my device to a laptop it connects and disconnects a bunch of times automatically and then just doesn't show up. If I'm using a thunderbolt port the quick charging icon shows up. It is charging but can't access device storage. I tried with and without developer mode default usb config thing so that's not it. It doesn't work with the mouse, keyboard, hdmi cable, I really want to think it is the phone's (Redmi 9T) problem but I think its the faulty or incompatible otg. Also I heard and saw some devices on redmi with otg enable and disable function/ button, but many users said that there never was, I'm really confused. Also theres so many otg fixes on Youtube for Xiaomi it doesn't help me is it a different problem? I am now confused, as 12X comes with Android 12 out of the box and 3Y update scheme, if I take 11X with essentially same specs but lower price I loose a year of Android update. 11X Price here is - $350 or 25K INR ( around same price as Note 11 Pro & Note 11 Lite NE) 12X (yet to release ) is expected to be about - $400+ What should I do? | I think im the unluckiest person installing twrp Posted: 26 Jan 2022 01:09 PM PST Now, im with a 12.5 china rom on Redmi K20, well i want to download magisk so i can use google services on china version, but the thing is at the time of installing is that I have various problems that cannot download TWRP (davinci) -My sd card on TWRP are ENCRYPTED that means that i cant install or restore any archive -TWRP dont persist after reboot, There are people who says that installing Magisk will persist, well maybe, but with sdcard encrypted i cant do a lot -Solutions like no-encrypted-twrp files doesnt work, also partition sd doesnt work. Posted: 26 Jan 2022 04:54 PM PST so, I put on all my layers to go out in Canadian winter and listen to music, and maybe when I was putting my boots on, I "pocket dialled" some button combination that did something to the phone? because when I walked outside to turn on some music the phone was now off, and in this "mode" I've never seen before as described in the headline of this post. it was like that for about 30 minutes, the whole time I was out, and when I got back home the phone was off, I restarted it and everything is the same. what occurred???
