| What makes the s21 Fe cheaper than the s21 really? Posted: 31 Jan 2022 05:47 AM PST I've been looking to upgrade to a new samsung but I'm very confused about the s21 and s21 FE versions. The s21 FE is supposedly a "budget version" of the s21 however not only is it bigger, but it also has better battery and a better front camera. Almost every other spec is about the same, so... | What happened to Samsung's "Rising Alarm" feature? Posted: 30 Jan 2022 07:47 PM PST So I used to use the "Rising Alarm" feature back in the day to wake me up from sleep where the loudness of the alarm sound would gradually increase instead of blasting at full volume from the beginning. Years ago, I got a Galaxy Watch and started using that instead for silent alarm instead. But recently, I've been having issues going to sleep and staying asleep and figured perhaps it's because of the weight of the Galaxy Watch on my wrist that's making me have these sleep issues. So I decided to go back to phone's regular sound based alarm with "rising alarm" feature nowhere to be found. I thought, hey it can't be that bad, maybe rising alarm is turned on by default. To my unfortunate surprise, that wasn't the case. The alarm went off with the most insultingly loud sound possible and shocked me out of sleep. So I immediately searched for Google's Clock app to see if it still has the feature only to find the app has recently gotten bombared with 1 star reviews and after reading the reviews, it seems the app is full of very serious issues. I then searched for "Rising Alarm" in the Google Play Store, but found no app that even mentioned that as a feature. Is there any solution to this? Do I have to go back to sleeping with Galaxy Watch on my wrist? [link] [comments] | ||

I have curently a sync master 2243 nw , 22" ips that is around 10 years old already that is making me problems from time to time with weird colours apearing and with some kind of artefacts. I was looking at 2 some monitors for upgrade....some from AOC, and from samsung the odissey g3 LF24G35TFWNXZA. I would like to know more about this last one, the G3. Have any of you got it? What are your experiences with it? I would like to hear about the ghosting (that as far as i have heard is kind of a problem) and about colours. In many reviews it is mentioned that the colours are not that vibrant. I want to mention that i have a pc that has i5 10400f and rx5500xt so i can make use of the freesync... The AirPods Pro are nice but fall out of my ears after mere minutes. The normal AirPods don't stay in at all and Bose doesn't hold as well. | Posted: 29 Jan 2022 10:08 PM PST Just ordered the S21 FE. For $220, with free Buds 2. Feeling great for my choice. I had a S20 plus. I loved it so much for big battery life and huge display for content consumption. But the fucking curved display is a pain in my ass. I cant write more than a line without doing some accidental touchs with my big fat fingers. Also, I hate big phones but I buy them because they usually have better battery. I could have waited till S22 which right around the corner. Or wait another year or 2 for something better. But Im hearing Snapdragon gen 1 has overheateing and battery problem. Also, Ultra, fold, and flips doesnt excite me. I think we all know Fold and flips arent gonna be the next big thing until Apple make their version like 5-6 years later. Lol. I just want a small, non curved, big battery, and decent camera sets for most situation smart phone. Also, I cant live with accidental touces much longer. So I went for the Samsung's trade in program. The free buds 2 and 4 months YouTube premium alone is worth the $220 price. [link] [comments] | ||
