My Dell laptop inspiron 3583 Right Arrow Key is stuck

    Posted: 30 Oct 2021 11:58 AM PDT

I got that problem a few months ago . I was just using laptop as usual and suddenly the Right Arrow Button was stuck without even pressing it down and it scrolled through all the apps . I clicked it a few times and it went back to normal . then after a few hours it start to act up again . So then I bypassed it by turning on num lock and using it as a direction keys . This morning, I opened my laptop and see that even though the num lock is on , that constant sticking of Right Arrow problem has come over to the num pad too. I tried to turn on and off the num lock . It just recover for a while then happens again.

Since the problem got infected to the num pad , I assume it is not a hardware issue . So I tried to uninstall keyboard drivers and restart the laptop . But the problem still persists . There is no driver version to update too since there keyboard driver is "Standard PS/2 keyboard driver" last released at 2009 or something.
I haven't run it with an external keyboard yet but i will try it an get to you guys back

Am I missing something? Was I Diagnosing it wrong? What could be the issue? Pls help .

My laptop is :Dell 15 inspiron 3583 and
My window version is : Window 10 pro , Window 10.0.18362

    Things I've tried:

    1. getting cpu and gpu reposted and cleaning laptop internally.
    2. Clean install of windows : this speeds up laptop for a few days then it goes back to slow speed
    3. Checked hare disk health (at the shop I got it cleaned) no bad sectors it is running fine.

    Specs:

    Dell Inspiron 5547

    8gb RAM DDR3L

    1 TB HDD

    1366x768 display

    2GB graphics

Need Help Resetting My Password ASAP

    Posted: 30 Oct 2021 07:20 AM PDT

Hi, i made a throwaway email a month ago for a Xbox game pass subscription, i thought I could log in to the account and cancel it last day, however when i tried to log in i realized i forgot my password. I have access to the email still (only on the Outlook mobile app)but not to the Xbox account or the password to either the email or the account. I have tried resetting my password through answering security questions but my request was denied. My subscription will automatically bill my account in 1 day and i don't have the money. What can I do?

Upgrading Laptop RAM with different speeds.

    Posted: 30 Oct 2021 03:27 AM PDT

So my friend has a Lenovo Ideapad 330-15IKB with 4 gigs of ddr4 ar 2133 speed soldered RAM, the laptop has an additional slot for RAM expansion. Now my question is most RAM on the market are 2400,2666 and 3200 speeds. Will it be okay for me to buy another stick of 4 gigs of RAM with 2666 speeds to total it up to 8gigs of RAM or the laptop would just refuse to boot ?

The laptop main use is just to browse the web and use Microsoft word and PowerPoint. It's not intended for any gaming whatsover.
