Computer Techs Fix or Reinstall? |
| Posted: 18 Aug 2021 02:13 PM PDT I'm just wondering what the prevailing opinion is here regarding whether it's better to just fix or reinstall an OS after viruses/malware/spyware or some other form of corruption. I think both options have their place but I lean slightly more towards the reinstall option because I know how long it takes and long term, the customer's PC will be less likely to have an issue relating to instability.
