- Hey guys I got notification about miui 12.5 update in the morning, but now the update it's no longer available what could be the problem
- So i just found out that Redmi note 8 just got miui 12.5.0.2.RCOCNXM_v12-11. So can some give me some review on this version ? About gaming performance, bug, free ram, smooth or not ? I really appreciate it.

| Is my wife's Mi 11 Lite 4G updated already? Posted: 28 Sep 2021 01:55 PM PDT I have a 6GB version of her 8Gb phone and my phone updated some weeks ago. I can't tell if her phone has updated or not. Below is her 'About' screen and below the update info directly posted on Xiaomi's site. It says she's on 12.5.3 stable. But on the Xiaomi release site it doesn't list a .3 at all. It says three 12.5.1s have been release, a .2, and a .4 and a .5 partially released. Huh? So is she still waiting for that update or has it already happened? [link] [comments]  | ||

| MIUI 12.1.1 on Mi 9t - All sorts of problems. Posted: 28 Sep 2021 06:28 PM PDT I have an EU Mi 9t, a few weeks ago I got an update to MIUI 12.1.1 The phone is now a problematic piece of crap.
Reset did not fix anything. Every software update to this phone gives me Windows Vista flashbacks. 12.1.1 isn't even the most recent version as far as I know, but my phone is claiming it's up to date. I guess the only way to have a stable experience on this phone is to flash a custom ROM? Shame, I like the MIUI interface. Is there anything I can do? [link] [comments]  | ||

I just formatted my phone (Redmi 8), so it is fresh new - there is no some built-up cache or data. Nevertheless, I cannot add my Google account. The error I get is: Error: your account wasn't added. Try again. In my gmail that I enter from PC, it says that the phone got logged in. However, my phone is not connected to this Google account. I even tried formatting again. Started all over again and I get the same message. Everything was working fine before. Now, I can't have any of my contacts, apps etc. It is terrible, it feels like I don't even have a phone anymore. Please, help me with this. EDIT: THE SOLUTION: Install bear vpn, connect to some server ( I connected to Australia) and it will work like a charm. I don't know why. But it works! | Recommended phone upgrades likely to support call recording Posted: 28 Sep 2021 01:45 PM PDT TL;DR bottom Hi guys, just a quick question for you all. I'm currently using my redmi note 4x Global. It's a great phone and I love it to death but it's starting to fall apart and I'm looking at getting an upgrade. Basically I need automatic call recording feature (legal where I'm located) . I realize that I might have to flash xiaomi.eu or something along those lines. What I'm looking for is the best and easiest phone to do this on currently. There is soo much info out there on the call recording feature, its really mind boggling to sift through everything so I thought I'd post here and see if it's still possible to get this feature enabled for a newer global edition phone. Any recommendations on what I should get next? I just use it to browse, watch occasional youtube video and maybe discord calling. Thats all. I would like the following features if possible:

| Posted: 28 Sep 2021 09:53 AM PDT Today I tried to unlock my phone and the sensor didn't detect my fingers so I removed the old ones and tried to add new fingerprints, but the sensor doesn't detect them at all, I tried fastbooting, rebooting and turning off the phone but nothing seems to do it. | Posted: 28 Sep 2021 09:29 AM PDT Hey guys, I just updated my device (4/64) to 12.5.1 Global ROM, which I don't like much. Will it run smoother and better with xiaomi.eu ROM? Also I can't find any proper guide to flash it or can I go with OrangeFox recovery instead of TWRP? Other question: Is it better to go for an AOSP custom ROM and if yes, which one you would recommend? I flashed ArrowOS two weeks ago and used it for a few hours, it was flawless but I didn't like the camera quality. Stock camera app was MIUI camera but not fully working, photos were so bad, ultrawide lens didn't work, portrait on the rear also. Maybe I needed to flash Magisk and then flash ANX Camera but I didn't tested that. Can someone tell about any experiences about the ANX camera? This issue made me to switch back to MIUI immediately.
