Posted: 17 Jul 2021 08:18 AM PDT I have a Ryzen 3 3200G and an AsRock A320M. I accidentally plugged a fan on the CMOS reset pins, then the motherboard died. PC won't boot or turn on. I bought a Galax A320M. Put my old components in. The motherboard S5 light is on. But the computer won't power on. Is it possible that I killed my CPU and RAM? And is there a chance that using the 'killed' components damaged my new motherboard? S5 lights still work. Thank you! [link] [comments]

Posted: 17 Jul 2021 10:08 AM PDT I just replaced my iPhone 8 battery (from the shop) with a new one. It's working fine and everything until the battery percentage or the battery health doesn't show up but the service message does. How do I get rid of this? Or should I switch back to the older one? I spilled juice+vodka on my laptop. What are the long term effects if I don't clean it? Posted: 17 Jul 2021 07:23 AM PDT I spilled it last night and turned it off immediately. I just turned it back on and the left side of the keyboard doesn't work (spits out random letters) and it feels gummy. But everything else seems fine. Can I just buy an external keyboard? Is it gonna effect the motherboard if I just leave it be without cleaning it? Tech shops haven't opened in my country [link] [comments]
SFC /scannow won't work unless deleting a registry? Posted: 16 Jul 2021 09:42 PM PDT My "Service Host: Sys Main" is eating my CPU on my win 10. Most of the time it goes away when I open task manager so google told me sfc /scannow should fix this because some files may be corrupt but after commanding it, it just says "'sfc' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file" a website says that if I delete a windows registry file (one with MACHINE in the name) and run the command it should work but really? I don't wanna delete a registry file [link] [comments]

Weird horizontal lines ONLY on certain videos on Youtube,Facebook Posted: 16 Jul 2021 06:04 PM PDT Hi guys, I recently noticed that when I opened up some videos on Youtube , the video shows weird horizontal lines covering the whole video. I also noticed this on Facebook. Although this happens to very few videos on Youtube and Facebook, I want to know what might be the problem for this? Here's the screenshots for the weird horizontal lines : https://snipboard.io/9Omx1M.jpg (Youtube) https://snipboard.io/E7FMZd.jpg (Facebook) Here's my laptop(ASUS TUF Gaming FX504GD) spec : Intel i7 8th gen 8GB DDR4 RAM NVIDIA GTX 1050 [link] [comments] |
