I find the device to be pretty good bang for the buck and although the camera was poor, I still liked oxygen and the entire experience. | Posted: 04 Jun 2021 08:35 AM PDT I have just taken a few very important photos for me with OnePlus 8 Pro camera... And the photos did not get saved!!! They were very important photos and the phone just failed me. I opened the camera from the lock screen. OnePlus is having so many bugs and the mobile sometimes fails to do basic stuff and they're also taking much longer to address and solve these issues. I think this is going to be my last OP mobile. I've checked systems updates and it simply says that I'm up to date, just with a security update on April but still on Android 10. Is there any reason for this? The news that the update was in rolling out on the 7 series was about two months ago now. Do I have to wait longer this update or is there another way to update besides the official way? It's not showing up on my phone and when I check for devices connected it shows that the left earbud and case are connected - but not the right earbud. When I check for Bluetooth devices connected via notification I can see left earbud's batter and right one shows NaN%. I am using OnePlus 9 so this is not a device or cross device-related issue. Opinions? How much different is Op6T UI vs 8T UI? 600$ 256 memory is the current sale for 8T Should I wait and just try and hang onto the 6T? Also shouldn't WiFi Roaming work without kicking or temporarily disconnecting from the wifi, it should be smooth right, so that you can download during a roaming switch without the download failing? Is there anyone out there having the same issue? And does anyone know a potential fix? I just want this to work... So thanks in advance for any help/suggestions. | 8 Pro - Missing Fingerprint Service App Posted: 04 Jun 2021 10:03 AM PDT I made a post a little while ago about being able to setup my fingerprints, but not being able to use them to unlock my phone or any apps. I eventually gave up on trying to find a fix, however today I stumbled across some people saying to clear the cache of com.qualcomm.qti.biometrics.fingerprint.service. I searched for it in my apps while showing system apps and it's missing. I can't find an APK of that app, so would it be possible for someone here to get me an APK? Edit: I'm also missing android.hardware.biometrics.fingerprint and any other system apps that may have biometrics or fingerprint in the app name. [link] [comments]  | ||
