HTC HTC U11 Battery Health |
| Posted: 11 Feb 2021 12:35 PM PST I have had my U11 for three years now and I was wondering how well my battery health was doing compared to everyone else. My previous phone was a Nexus 6P and after nearly two years the battery catastrophically failed so I have since attempted to keep the battery in good health. I installed AccuBattery and tried to keep my battery level between 20-80%. And I have been quite good at this. Not perfect but good. AccuBattery tells me my battery health is currently 82%. Is that good for a three-year-old phone? I'm asking to see if all that effort was worth it. It was an experiment to see if following the advice about charging lithium batteries actually works. If you tell me it's been a waste of time then that's fine - a good experimenter never assumes the answer! 😁 BTW I have seen posts stating that it's very difficult to measure battery health, especially using an app, but that's all I have to use.
