According to the report, there will be no microSD card support in the Samsung Galaxy S21 Family

My left galaxy bud will not appear on wearable app and says it is disconnected, a lot of people and articles say I need to update the buds but I can't update if the left one won't connect, the left one is also the only one I use, I never use the right one.

Any way to scrub to the part of the song you want from the LOCK SCREEN in One UI 3 like you could do in One UI 2.5?

    Posted: 02 Jan 2021 04:14 AM PST

Finding more flaws with this new UI everyday

Edit: Have to check music in widgets in lock screen settings. It still adds a more difficult additional step so still inconvenient.

[Rant] Samsung Warranty - Galaxy Fit2

    Posted: 02 Jan 2021 07:39 AM PST

    Hey,

Just had my Galaxy Fit 2 turn off one day, and has been completely unresponsive since that point. The watch is marketed as a 5ATM 50ft water resistant watch, and swimming is one of their recommended activities with the device. Mine has not entered the shower, a pool, or been submerged in any way.

Went through the process of having them take it in for inspection and repair, and they have voided my warranty due to water damage on a month old device.

Is there no other option when dealing with this?

Pros & Cons S20 vs S20 Fe and S20 Plus vs S20 Ultra

    Posted: 02 Jan 2021 07:38 AM PST

Hey guys! So I'm switching to Samsung (hopefully this month) and after having already settled on the S21 I was somewhat disappointed with the expected specs of the phone (still waiting for the official launch and price drops of S20 anyway).

With that being said I am planning to buy my wife either the S20 FE or the S20 and myself the S20 Plus or the S20 Ultra and would like some input on pros and cons. If you could help with anything you know that would be appreciated!

What is your favorite Samsung Galaxy feature?

    Posted: 02 Jan 2021 05:22 AM PST

Mine is the voice preset on Dolby Atmos optimization, absolutely amazing for someone who almost exclusively listens to videos on phone speakers

Idk. Somehow convince me to get the s21?

    Posted: 02 Jan 2021 04:42 AM PST

I'm currently using the s9+ and looking to get a new phone. I was reading some post and watching video and see that they're removing the microsd card feature, no charger/headphone, and headphone jack. Is it worth it or should I go for the Note20?

Never seen an ad on my Frame. Suddenly an advertisement for GTA Online for PlayStation appears over the Xbox tab...

Why does my Galaxy J7 never charge to 100%?

    Posted: 02 Jan 2021 03:49 AM PST

On every charger, it only charges to around 80%. This has been going on for months, but I thought it was a bug, but now it's getting annoying. I've had multiple instances where I leave my phone charging overnight, same thing happens.

Samsung to Launch New M Series Device Next Week

    Posted: 02 Jan 2021 03:19 AM PST

Can't charge my phone with cable anymore. It's been like this for a week. I didn't even get it wet. Is there any fix that doesn't involve going to a samsung repair shop? Should I do a hard reset?

Any secret to getting good customer service?

    Posted: 02 Jan 2021 02:34 AM PST

For such amazing products, they have the worst customer service. Any secret on how to achieve better customer service? A special email or something? Man, I just get wild goosechased from service to service. They sent me a link, then they said to use a different category, then they told me to call... Getting a bit tired. I just want to change my region to where I live now (can't add my wife to smart things).

    Galaxy S6e not staying on?

    Posted: 02 Jan 2021 12:56 AM PST

So I've got a Galaxy S6 edge, it's only a few months old, but it won't stay on. It's almost like the battery isn't working at all.

I'll have to have it plugged in and it'll turn on but after maybe a minuet it'll die like it's run out of battery or something?

Anyone had a similar problem? I'm going to take it into Samsung to see what they say but wanted to check here first to see if there is some kind of easy fix or something?

    Updates have bricked my phone

    Posted: 02 Jan 2021 04:41 AM PST

So I held off the January 2020 updates all through to December 2020 but they have been forced through.

The keyboard crashes - I have had to exit this post a few times to get it back.

A loads more privacy stealing apps have been installed with no way to disable or uninstall yet was part of a "security package". It never said this software would be installed and I have no options to not install it. So in order to get my security patches I HAVE to accept BS apps?

"Nearby share" has been automated and decided to send half a dozen of my neighbours the entire contents of my phone. It has turned sync onto everything and my phone's content has been backed up to clouds without my permission.

At this point, the companies selling phones and making software are grabbing more of my data than any hacker utilising any weakness these updates fix.

I'm not claiming other companies are any better, but after 11 years, I am finally leaving Samsung. This was just an insane breach of my privacy and it defaulted back to "share everything to everyone" settings all smart tech has for some bizarre reason.

    Thanks, Samsung.

Any way to get brief pop up settings (One UI 3.0) ONLY when screen is off?

    Posted: 01 Jan 2021 04:02 PM PST

As title. Options are only show EVEN when screen is off. It's such a simple thing that was in the old UI

Where to find a guide to all S pen features, gestures and usage?

    Posted: 02 Jan 2021 12:40 AM PST

I recently bought the Note 20 Ultra because it was on sale and honestly, I just couldn't not buy it.
Before this I had the S10+, so the S pen is a new tool for me and I want to maximise it's usage.

I've already figured out a lot, but I can't find a proper guide on the internet that just sums is up efficiently.

    Thanks in advance.

The all new Samsung AKG Y400 on the ear headphones! These headphone are fantastic.... Comfortable, high quality sound, and a very clever ambient aware feature. Excellent value for money.
