BSOD Errors on Alienware M15 R3 Posted: 01 Sep 2020 11:51 AM PDT Quick question, if i don't update the bios on my m15 r3, would that be cause for me to receive BSOD errors like kmode_exception_not_handled, dpc_watchdog_violation, Whea_uncorrectable_error, driver_irql_not_less_or_equal. I do have it undervolted with ThrottleStop at -0.120 for CPU and -0.05 for GPU . any suggestions would be great, system is i7 10750h, 2080 super, 32gb ram, let me know if you need any other info. I can provide crash reports if that helps [link] [comments]
Windows Hello IR does not recognize me in the dark (Razer Blade 15 Advanced 2020) Posted: 01 Sep 2020 11:25 AM PDT I've tried resetting and reinstalling drivers already. Reinstalling fixes the problem during the first boot then the problem comes back after a reboot. The IR camera also turns on as it is scanning my face but won't recognize me in the dark. Laggy mouse only after entering log in pin Posted: 01 Sep 2020 10:43 AM PDT Turned on my laptop and after logging in and entering my pin my mouse and touchpad are extremely laggy. The mouse or touch-pad work just fine before logging in but its once I enter my pin is when it starts. Programs open just fine and if I use task manager the mouse returns to normal but once I close it, it goes back to being laggy. It does go away after about 2 minutes. Any ideas of what could be causing this? HP Omen 15 Win 10 GTX 1660 [link] [comments]

Posted: 01 Sep 2020 12:22 AM PDT Hey. So today I turn on my laptop and everything looks fine. I try to connect to the internet and under my WiFi name it says no internet, secured. The laptop does not seem to recognise the WiFi but when I go to chrome it works. But I can't use any other app on the laptop. I tried connecting my laptop via hotspot to my phone and that seems to work. What could be the problem. I have tried : -network reset and restarting -Updating the driver and it says everything is up to date -Command prompt netsh winsock reset and restart -Restarting the WiFi router Nothing seems to work My phone is working fine on the WiFi so idk if that could be the problem. So is my mum's laptop I am using windows 10 hp laptop [link] [comments]
Brookstone cat headphones super quiet Posted: 31 Aug 2020 02:42 PM PDT Hi there, so I bought a pair of Brookstone cat headphones used from someone a couple weeks ago. Everything's been fine, audios fine, Bluetooths fine, etc but for the past couple days the audio playing from them has been super quiet. Even when my computer or phone is at 100% volume, whether its Bluetooth or im using the chord, its just super quiet. I think its an issue with the built in volume controls. Whenever I click the + or - or play/pause button nothing seems to happen. If anyone has any ideas on what I could try and do or knows how to mess with the volume of them without using the built in controls id appreciate it, I really don't wanna get new headphones again already T_T thank you! Let me know if you need any more info as well. [link] [comments] |
