- Exclusive: OnePlus Nord has dual 32MP + 8MP front cameras
- Just got my 7 plus pro back and man if feels good! I cracked the screen pretty bad a month a go but never got round to getting it repaired until now. I got so used to the damaged screen I totally (stupidly) forgot how incredible the screen is. So glad I eventually decided to fix it. Beautiful phone!

Posted: 26 Jun 2020 05:46 PM PDT On the oneplus website, they are having a deal for the 7T for $660 CAD however it is out of stock, I just wanted to know if people have experience with how long it would be out of stock and if I would miss this deal. Any help would be appreciated. [link] [comments]
Posted: 26 Jun 2020 10:02 AM PDT Right now on the OP store you can get A OP 7t with free USB-C earbuds, a case, and a screen protector for $500. Is this worth it? [link] [comments]
OnePlus 8 Pro dual speaker is great Posted: 26 Jun 2020 10:21 AM PDT I listen to podcasts A LOT and usually prop my phone up so I can see the screen while listening. The 8P (and maybe previous models, I came from a 6T that didn't) has a speaker at the bottom and the top and it seems like sound is coming from the screen itself. It's much clearer and just sounds awesome. That is all. Loving the new phone. [link] [comments]

One Plus 8 can't deal with mesh wifi Posted: 26 Jun 2020 03:08 PM PDT I see this is a somewhat common issue, wasn't in any of the reviews I looked up or I would've never bought this phone. Anyone have any luck fixing it? I have 3 wifi points and it's constantly dropping and it's the only device that has any issue with it. Willing to flash a custom rom if there's one that'll fix this [link] [comments]
After using the 8 pro i changed my mind about the display. Posted: 26 Jun 2020 09:54 AM PDT I was totally convinced, that the notch will bother me, but no its not. It is the infinity/curved screen i really dislike, it takes sharpess away from the corners, causes reflections, and makes pictures and movies less satisfying. I prefer flat screen, the reason is pixel perfect, sharp edges, and a little space for the finger tips, to avoid accidental touches. The screen itself is gorgeous btw. [link] [comments]
Does One Plus 8 have wireless charging? Posted: 26 Jun 2020 01:54 PM PDT Or only pro version? I have OP8 , wondering if it has wireless charging ability [link] [comments]
[USA] Has anyone had an RMA lost in transit? Posted: 26 Jun 2020 02:18 PM PDT I used a prepaid UPS shipping label to send my OP7T to Oneplus for a fingerprint issue. (They provided the label). I dropped it off at a UPS store on Tuesday and got a receipt, but there is no acceptance scan or any kind of update on the tracking as of right now (Friday, 5PM). Has anyone had to deal with a similar situation? How helpful has OnePlus been? (Technically they are the shipper, since they paid for the label). I know it's still early and maybe the package will reappear, but I want to know what kind of nightmare I may be in for. [link] [comments]
[Oneplus 8]How to remove banner ad from settings? Posted: 26 Jun 2020 09:16 AM PDT I'm really disappointed to see product announcements delivered to me right on my face when I open the settings app. Logging out from Oneplus account doesn't help as well. I don't want to do any root hack to remove this. OnePlus should at least give us an option to unsubscribe from marketing content being delivered in the settings app.https://i.imgur.com/j1POO9o.jpg [link] [comments]
OnePlus 7 pro adaptive refresh issue on latest software. Posted: 26 Jun 2020 05:17 PM PDT Hi, I was wondering if any of you are having display flashing issues and calibration changes when tapping the screen or scrolling on certain apps on the latest 10.3.3 stable software, my phone is the US/Canadian version. The easiest way to reproduce the issue is to set the brightness to 50% or higher, phone to 90hz, auto switch resolution, and to tap the chrome new tab page anywhere on the gray area after about 5 seconds idle time. The grey will shift slightly, about 3 seconds after the tap it will shift back. Usually the change is very subtle, however sometimes it will flash to a brighter color as though the switching process is broken and it appears to double switch or lose the calibration for a second. I also noticed that this does not happen at all when the brightness is below about 45-50%, and it does not happen on all apps. The issue can be fully resolved by switching to 60hz mode. This is something new that I don't think has existed before, I'm therefore wondering if something is broken here. Is this some new power saving scheme going on or did my display go bad? My display is otherwise excellent, no black crush and visually perfect uniformity which I always appreciated. [link] [comments]
Posted: 26 Jun 2020 11:18 AM PDT My carrier requires manual input of specific APN settings for data to function properly. I have them set, and all will work well for awhile. What's annoying is this device seems to forget I have APN settings specified and I'll lose my data connection until I realize it's happened again. To fix it, I can usually just flip to using data on the other SIM card for a minute, then flip back, and then miraculously the phone remembers I have those settings in place and it works fine again. Settings > wifi & internet > sim & network > sim1 > access point names. When data works there is an entry there showing my settings. When data doesn't work, it says I don't have an entry for that sim or something to that effect. Flip sim and back, my entry reappears and data resumes working as it should. This happens multiple times a day and it's getting increasingly more frustrating. Is anybody else experiencing something similar? Is there any solution? Im on 10.0.11.HD65AA [link] [comments]
One plus 7 pro Bluetooth volume is quieter than all other devices. Posted: 26 Jun 2020 05:11 PM PDT Title pretty much says it all, my one plus 7 pro isn't as loud as any of my other devices when connected to headphones through Bluetooth, even my one plus 3 puts out significantly more volume while connected to the same headphones. Anything that anyone might know for a fix or even a reason would be much appreciated! [link] [comments]
Notable leaker Max Weinbach hinting at €399 price tag for the OnePlus Nord Posted: 26 Jun 2020 09:03 AM PDT https://twitter.com/MaxWinebach/status/1276533041779875840 Max put out a tweet asking what people think would be the Europe pricing for the OnePlus Nord. If you look, he has liked every tweet saying €399. It may seem like I'm reaching for a conclusion, but if you follow leaks on twitter, something like this is pretty conclusive. Max is reliable here specifically too because OP mentioned him leaking the Nord a couple of days ago. Keep in mind the Indian pricing might be different (lower) considering OnePlus trends So people in Europe, what do you think of a €399 price tag? [link] [comments]
Posted: 26 Jun 2020 04:31 PM PDT I have a problem that I don't know how to exactly put into words but I'll try. I'm currently using a OnePlus 6T My problem is with the screen rotation. Normally, you can stop the phone from automatically rotating. Via quick settings, one can activate the automatic rotation or stop it. So what's my problem? OnePlus 6T had a feature in which if you hold the phone at a certain angle without having auto rotation turned on, a black circle with arrows will appear. Of you click, the screen rotate without having accessed quick settings. If you don't click it, the screen doesn't rotate. My problem is how to trigger the black circle. Sometimes it appears when I want it and other times it doesn't. How do I get this black circle in the bottom left corner of my screen to appear on command? [link] [comments]
Posted: 25 Jun 2020 10:31 PM PDT I have always wanted to get a OnePlus phone since the OnePlus 3T. I have never been this happy with Android and I don't think I could ever switch to any other Android phone! [link] [comments]
Posted: 26 Jun 2020 03:33 AM PDT Hi all, I'm really interested as to how the Nord is rumoured to be $299 to $399. That's so much cheaper than current series released and cheapest since OP3 days basically. I saw that it will have a dual selfie camera here, rumoured to have 4 cameras on the back. Among other specs include 30w charging and 90hz screen. Yes it's a midrange processor but Google are using one on the Pixel 5 this year so goes to show it doesn't mean bad performance. My guess is the normal series going forwards 8 plus has a mark up on it clearly, whereas the Nord has very thing margins designed to sell in the brand and capture the cheaper market. Posted: 26 Jun 2020 09:06 AM PDT My phone keeps sending the same message multiple times. I don't understand why as it says message not sent, but it ends up sending 15 messages. [link] [comments]
Posted: 26 Jun 2020 06:20 PM PDT Hi, I am looking to buy a new One plus 6t. I search online for good prices but they all are High. I found that kind of odd since the phone is old. Where can I find a good price ? I live in Canada. [link] [comments]
Posted: 26 Jun 2020 11:44 AM PDT Hi, I got the OP 8 and its a great Phone. The only thing bugging me is that punchhole frontcam and the way most apps / games handle it (black bar instead of filling the screen out and no 'natural' way to change it). So my idea was to downgrade to the OP 7t pro because it has a fullscreen like my old Xiaomi Mi 9t. Do I miss out on much Performance, Features, etc. if I switch to the 7t Pro? [link] [comments]
Ever since updating to 10.x NONE of the smart lock features work. Posted: 26 Jun 2020 08:44 AM PDT I've tried turning them all off. Changing my security settings (swipe, password, pin, pattern) Nothing works. Trusted places and on body were my two favorite settings. Any help or suggestions you have. Please let me know. Edit: just saw the tech support thread. I'll post there. [link] [comments]

OnePlus 8 Video Stutter fixed yet? Posted: 26 Jun 2020 06:49 AM PDT Has this been fixed yet? Looks like a common issue with random stutters in the video recording, wanting to pick one up today but afraid to run into that and have to return it. Thanks! [link] [comments] |
