| Posted: 27 Jun 2020 05:36 PM PDT So my brother was playing games on it and needed to reset it so it could run better. But instead of clicking reset he clicked update and reset. While it was updating and adding things to the computer my brother got impatient and reset the computer. So when it rebooted it was deleting everything that was being added to it and my brother manually shut it down.
