    The adverts for Gardenscapes, Homescapes and others often show a game where you either have to fix appliances by selecting the right option from three, or save someone by solving a logic puzzle. The games being advertised are usually match 3 games and have none of that gameplay.

    I really want to play the games I see in the adverts. Does anyone know of one that is similar? I don't mind if it has other elements (even match 3) so long as I do get the chance to fix things (and get it wrong) or save someone from lava. Choosing furniture doesn't count.

    Also, does anyone know why games are being advertised with completely misleading gameplay? There are several games with basically the same advert, just different characters involved. It's frustrating when a game advert looks awesome but then it's nothing like it, even if the actual game is fun.

    Gems of War

    I have seen this game come up in the app store for a while but always passed on it. I thought a match 3 game thats free, probably riddled with IAPs and ads. But I saw some posts on here recently saying it's pretty good so I gave it a try with very low expectations.

    Holy cow was I pleasantly surprised. The game is very addicting and I am shocked that I have yet to see an ad. Not even those annoying "watch this ad and we will give you some free stuff." I now see how much those types of things have truly bothered me but I put up with them because I thought that was the norm for free games.

    I am having a lot of fun with this game and if there are others like it, I would love to hear about them. Ones with a lot of content for free players, where they can actually progress and no intrusive ads.

    Edit: I even got it on steam so I can play on the pc.

    I'd like a game that I can open occasionally for 1-2 minutes and see progress. I enjoy idle games but it can't be an active game. Any help would be much appreciated.

    I also really enjoyed Kittens Game, but the progression is too slow for me.

    Games that you would recomend with gamepad compatibility: Switch's Joycon

    In a nutshell, the Joycons are detected individually and also the joysticks are not recognized as such but as Dpads, in other words, a "Snes bluetooth controller". Is there any game recomendations for it?

    Physics sandbox type of a game for androids?

    I love realistic physics and destruction in games. I can't find any good types of games like that on android though, I don't expect phone's to be able to pull of some intense realistic shit but are there anyphysics simulation games for Android That look good and realistic enough?

    I want something like smash hit but with loads more shit than just breaking glass with balls even though it's pretty awesome.

    Maybe something like beamNG or some wacky physics type of game like totally accurate battle simulator,

    If there aren't any games like that on android could you guys reccomend PC ones aswell

    How to game on a tablet without hunching over?

    Hello there, So, Im searching for an android game i once played some years ago but i cant remember the name of it. it was a tamagotchi kind-of game but in a weird, creepy-ish way. You had this character who looked like a blob of slime or smth like that and you had too feed him, heal him etc. + you had to gain money for those things with minigames. And there was this option to eat your character or something like that at the end and the taste was based on what you did to the character. The game was interely in beige and red. Can someone help me out? Id really like to play it again.

    [DEV] Need help with testing the 3D engine --> LiBi Ball

    Hi, I have been developing an innovative 3D engine and used it in an Android game called LiBi Ball. While the gameplay is nothing special yet, the 3D and the physics is unusual and still very much experimental. The thing is, I am on my own and do not have a lot of android phones at hand to test the app.

    Would some members be willing to check if the app crash on their devices (must be compatible with Vulkan)? Thanks!

    Games with a STORY

    I'm drawn to games with interactions with NPC's and knowing their stories. Stuff like stardew valley and Choices comes to mind. It can also be an rpg like Vampire Origins though it should maintain the relevance of the story. Thanks!

    [DEV] I worked part-time with a friend for 3 years on a logic puzzle game, today we are finally releasing it

    I started this passion project more than 3 years ago with a friend of mine. The game is designed for mobile first, and more particularly for Android only (not that it wouldn't work on iPhone, but our tech only supports Android). We hand-crafted everything (including the game engine, for better or for worse).

    The game is free and supported by ads, but for some reason AdMob decided to "assess" our account just as we published and to "limit ads serving", so you can enjoy an ad-free experience! Another trick to play without ads is to just stay offline, but don't spread the word too far.

    Does anyone remeber the name of this Mobile Game?

    I remember playing a mobile game some time ago. It was about working on alot of diferent places quickly (because you didn't have a lot of time to do so) so you could pay your bills at the end of the month. I only remeber there being a "washing dishes job". The game had an original aesthetic, kinda like a bluish Picasso painting. THAT'S IT! Those are the only details I remeber about this mobile game. I would really appreciate if any of you guys could remind me of the games's name (if you know what I'm talking about of course). Thank you!

    Best Steam Games to Play on Android (Steam Link)

    Just wanted to get some advise what would be the best games to play on android (Galaxy Note 9) via Steam Link? Games like Assassin's Creed Odyssey have UI that is too small for phones. I play with a bt controller btw. Would appreciate if people could share what they have been streaming to their phones?

    Games disappearing from the Play Store... do we have recourse?

    In the last year, a few games I've previously purchased have disappeared from Google Play. In the past when games were removed from the store I still had access to download via purchase history, but now when they're gone, they're gone.

    This is really shitty to me, and doesn't at all incentivize me to ever buy anything on the Play Store again. Do we have any recourse with regard to this?
