HTC U11 charging problems. |
| Posted: 22 Nov 2019 05:03 AM PST Got a brand new unlocked u11 last year right from HTC and it's pretty much had charging problems ever since. Slow charge, not charging at all.. Really aggravating. Apparently according to Google it's a software issue? When it's acting up I can usually use boost+ to clear junk and memory and it will charge as it should. Occasionally boost doesn't do the trick and I need to hold both volume buttons and the power button to reboot the phone to get it to charge. Now, all this week, I havnt been able to get the phone to charge regularly no matter what I do. Slow charge only. Why would HTC design a phone in such a way where a software issue or app interference can mess with charging? It's getting to the point where I'm considering buying a new phone, pretty disheartening considering the amount of money I spent on this phone in January. [link] [comments]  |
| Posted: 22 Nov 2019 08:21 AM PST I live in Europe, but for some reason the location shows Sao Paulo. If i go outside (location settings = high accuracy) the phone finds a correct location. But after a few minutes under the roof it changes again to Brasil. Started happening 3 days ago. Exactly the same "bug" on two phones- One M7 (android 5.0.2) and U Ultra (8.0). Both phones show exactly the same street in Brasil on maps. I've never been to Brasil. What I tried was restarting the phones and deleting cache. Any idea what could be wrong?
