    Just received my MI 9 after a whole month on a Pixel 3a XL, it's unbelievable that someone would choose the pricier 3a XL over the Mi 9. (was on poco F1 before)

    I really missed the miui gesture, the way more complete settings and overall better performance of the xiaomi over the pixel. Will never leave the xiaomi ecosystem anymore.

    I recently got the Mi 9T. Last phone I had was the OnePlus 3. Used it with a cover for a bit but didn't like the feel. Came with a screen protector and survives frequent dropping. I am currently using the cover that comes with the phone but I don't like the feel here either. Is it okay to take it off? And if so, should I at least get a screen protector that works with the fingerprint scanner etc.? Or is it sturdy enough not to get one?

    Hi im planning to buy xiaomi mi 9, so I did some research about it and found out that there's existing bug about its notification.

    I would just like to ask if it's still there?

    Another question is since I would be using it for games (most likely also with split screen) should i buy mi 9 or other phone of xiaomi?

    hi, I have an MI A1and my screen died yesterday night and I have tons of unbacked up files on my phone. everything still works just the screen is black. is there a way to cast my screen without using the phone? (i already tried to use MIPCSuits I need to update my phone)

    New Xiaomi A2 Stuck in a boot loop

    I just bought a brand new A2 Android One global off of Amazon. After turning the phone on for the fist time it was stuck in a boot loop.
    I can't use any of the guides I find online as they require the phone to be unlocked or have debugging enabled, but due to the phone being new neither of those options are available to me.
    The Xiaomi unlock tool won't acknowledge the phone is connected, despite the fact that Minimal ADB and Fastboot Tool will.

    How do I proceed?

    My Mi A2 wont get past the Android 1 logo, I can get it into fastboot but nothing else, no key combination takes me to the phone

    Xiaomi Mi 9T vs Samsung Galaxy A50?

    Hey everyone!

    I'm looking to upgrade from my current Redmi Note 4X. Unfortunately every phone is massive now, I have to live with that...

    My two main choices are the 9T and the A50. Here in Germany, the 128GB version prices are €400 for the 9T and €300 for the A50.

    What benefits does the 9T offer over the A50? Is it worth the quite significant price increase?

    Performance isn't essential to me, I mainly just use my phone for browsing and Netflix. However future proofing might be nice, but I'm still not sure it's with an extra 100.

    The A50 also offers an sd card slot, which is always nice.

    The 9T has slightly better battery life.

    Also, can someom confirm FullHD Netflix support on the 9T?

    Can't install certain ROMs on Mi Mix 2

    Whenever I try to install basically any rom, I get an error very similar to the one shown in the image. I've been told that it's a firmware issue and I need to update it, but it doesn't work. This screenshot shows an update failing on the one ROM that does work for me, but the same issue happens when attempting to install LineageOS. https://i.imgur.com/941ETkY.png

    Which color should I pick for my new Mi 9T?

    Hello guys, I pre ordered the Mi 9 T coming from my very first Xiaomi phone the A2L and I'm very excited.

    But, im really hesitant about which color should i go with. I really like how classic the Fibre black looks but the blue model also looks dazzling cool.

    Can you guys please share your experience with both colors so that could help me make up my mind. And whether you use the case that was provided with it or not.

    Does Mi 9SE camera scratch when you put it on the table?

    The camera in this phone is a bit elevated so when you put it on the table its basically lying on the camera.

    Does this affect the camera in the long run?

    Can't successfully install custom ROM on Mi Mix 3

    I followed all the steps like unlocking boot loader then fastboot with cmd then boot into TWRP. Once inside TWRP, I format data (I also tried without formatting data) and try to install the custom ROM. After installing and rebooting, it boot loops with the Mi logo restarting. I have tried all the Custom ROMs like Pixel Experience, Lineage OS, and even the global ROM doesn't work (I got my phone in China). I have the newest versions of all the tools I used. Not sure why I keep boot looping as I can only install the Chinese ROM properly

    I keep getting the same old notification

    Everyday, at least 4 times a day, I receive the same notification from the Downloads app about the latest file I downloaded.

    Let's say I downloaded a pdf article last week: everyday I will receive a notification as if I just had downloaded the file again (which I did not).

    Is there any way to stop the notifications from repeating? I don't want to completely block all notifications from the app, I just want to stop it from repeating the ones I already saw

    Night mode on Mi9 turns on automatically, not reading mode!

    I've had Op3 before. I had Nightmode automatically turned on at sunset. Once I've dropped the phone, I got Mi9. I suspect the nightmode setting synced with other settings from Google during the initial setup. I've got the reading mode on my Mi9 off and yet it turns the filter automatically, while the Reading mode setting stays off. Anyone else?

    I have a Redmi Note 4 and all my contacts are saved on the phone (local). I added a couple of birthdays to my contacts but they aren't showing up in my calendar. Is there a setting for that or would I have to save the contacts on my google account for that?
