I've been using the 2 factor auth notification on my phone anytime I log into my account from a non-trusted device, which I do often. Like a week ago it just stopped working completely, I don't get the authorization notifications. It says they sent, but I don't get them. I even tried to re-enable it, but part of the setup process is to confirm a test notification, which I can't receive. So now it's disabled and I'm relying on text for 2FA. [link] [comments]  | ||

| Odd speakerphone operation on op5 Posted: 03 Apr 2019 04:14 PM PDT Lately my speaker phone volume has been low. The volume up/down buttons did nothing for the speaker volume. I figured I would experiment by calling my own number so I could work on the problem without bugging anyone. When I called my own number, two volume displays were on the screen. The up/down buttons did change the speaker phone volume. Hopefully this is something someone else can use. [link] [comments]  | ||

I have the op6t TMobile and I bought it at November last year. So far I have had a bad experience,I get so many different glitches,one day my power button doesn't want to work for 5 mins and sometimes it goes black randomly when i go to home screen. I've tried countless boot loop fixes, but nothing seems to actually have an effect. Has anyone encountered this particular issue tied to data? I'm at a loss at to what to search for, since most threads deal with generic boot loops. | Posted: 03 Apr 2019 03:02 AM PDT I like my OP6T, the design, materials are all lovely. Except for one thing. There is a ridge of plastic around the display glass between the display and the frame. I've seen this on the S10e as well, but not on other handsets like the Mate 20, iPhone X, S10 etc. This ridge is sharp and unpleasant feeling and really spoils the tactile experience of an otherwise lovely phone. Has anyone else noticed this. Does it bother anyone else. And does anyone know why they have this plastic ridge? It definitely isn't a thing on the more expensive handsets. [link] [comments]  | ||

How much does the time between failed attempts increase as we go? I know it's 30 seconds for the first 3 fails and then 30 minutes (?) for the next 3. 26xx is just 100 tries. Think I could brute force? Is there any way to recover the pin using my finger/face that's saved? Is there any way to recover/change the pin via my google account? I'm desperate not to factory reset because there's sensitive data in encrypted apps that will be a PAIN to recover, if it's even recoverable at all. Please reddit, send help! I am currently stuck at an airport. If they ask me to show them any digital shit, I'm screwed. Got past 1 flight, the next one starts boarding in 25 minutes. I'll check in with y'all once I land. Posted: 03 Apr 2019 08:08 AM PDT I've been having a super weird issue lately - if I'm in a WhatsApp call and it gets interrupted (network outage, poor signal, etc) as opposed to hung up - then I can't place a new video call to anyone else until I reboot the phone. I've tried things like turning the Wifi/Data on/off again, and killing the WhatsApp services in the developer menus - but nothing seems to actually allow it to connect again short of a reboot. | Posted: 03 Apr 2019 10:47 AM PDT Hey all, I have a OP6T locked with T-Mobile. I like the way gcam pics look much better, the problem is all the ones I've tried stop working after a while. I used this one and it crashed a bunch at first, and then when I finally got it to stay open the shutter button gets greyed out. This is what always ends up happening with the other ports I've tried, it freezes up and the shutter button gets greyed out. Any fixes? [link] [comments]  |
