    So I've been seeing the S10+ and to a lesser extent the S10e get all the attention...

    Unfortunately my boy the S10 has been left out and I can't find any battery tests on it at all.

    It seems Samsung only sent out the S10+ for review and that's a shame.

    Anyone else curious on things like the S10 battery life?

    Hello,

    Samsung did an amazing job with the S10. And it left too many people wanting this new device. As you can see here or on youtube or forums, a lot of people are ready to make the jump (from iPhones or other brands like the Pixels).

    These people (specially iPhone users) are used to long and timely support. If Samsung wants to keep them, it might need to offer something similar.

    I mean, some 5 years old iPhones got iOs 12 and people still using them, if this person starts using a Galaxy S10 and you tell him, he won´t get any major OS update after two years (with all the delays), I don´t think he would like to stay.

    I really hope Samsung takes this opportunity to step up with their policies and offer a better support.

    Well, I went to the retail shop, because I want a SnapDragon variant of the S10+, but in the About Phone, there's no such information available.

    It's the Thailand version I'll get. So any idea/information on that?

    Is it just me that I am leaning toward liking the s10e more then the s10. I checked out the phones at a local Best Buy and honestly I liked the look and feel of the s10e better. Sure some features will be missing from the s10 when compared.

    Here's a tough Samsung TV question...

    So I'm in Vietnam in a hotel and they don't have the remote to the TV. It's in demo mode and it's driving me crazy!

    I've tried to read everything online to change it and to no avail. It's a UA40J5000 LED Series 5 TV. It's not a smart TV so I can't download a remote app to hop on wifi with it to change it. There's only one button on it (from what I can see as it's bolted into the wall) and it's just the power button. It does bring up a simplified menu but only has power, channel up, channel down, volume up, volume down and a source selector.

    They do have a universal remote here that is used to work with the cable box, but it can't be programmed to use the TV without the original remote. Lol. Am I screwed? Anyone have any suggestions?

    Should I wait for deals?

    My current plan is to fix my S9's screen for $250 at Best Buy to trade in for the pre-order by March 7th. This would make the S10 (and those Galaxy Buds I've been wanting for years) $350. I feel like this is by far the best deal I'll get for a while, since even with the screen repair I'm only paying $600 for a $900 phone and am still getting an add-on with the Buds. Historically, do they reduce trade-in prices soon? If I can't make this work for this week's budget, I'd hate to lose out on the $550 trade-in. Also, how good are the deals they usually roll out a month or two after release? (I'm buying through Samsung unlocked btw, I don't care for carrier contracts). Any advice would be appreciated!

    I've got a iPhone X with Verizon. I want to get the s10e however I do not want to trade in my iPhone X for the fear of me not liking the s10e. What's my best choice? I think I'm forced to just paying outright. Try it out. Then decide to return or sell my IPhone X elsewhere. I won't be opening another line. Simply swap the SIM card, load everything and see how it goes.
