Posted: 15 Feb 2019 07:32 AM PST Hopefully, I have better luck here than on other subreddits and ATTs "support". I have had 0 success trying to get my phone to update OTA. I bought the Note 8 brand new as an ATT variant from Best Buy when they first launched, here are the details of the device: Carrier: AT&T Android Version/Samsung Experience Version: 7.1.1/8.5 Android Security Patch Level: August 1, 2017 Device Model As Reported By Samsung's Website: SM-N950UZKAATT Current Baseband Version: N950USQU1AQH7 Build Number: NMF26X.N950USQU1AQH7 The only thing that may be relevant is that I went to Costa Rica and used the phone on Kolbi's network for about a week last summer. At this point, I would be OK manually updating it with ODIN, but I can't seem to get a clear answer as to which firmware I should be getting from Sammobile. According to AT&T's website my device should have received every update up until Baseband version: N950USQS5CRK, Build number: R16NW.N950USQS5CRK1 Please help me get my device updated. Thanks in advance! [link] [comments]
Trade in Note 9 to reserve S10? Posted: 15 Feb 2019 06:54 AM PST So I owned my Note 9 since October & honestly it's been great, they have the reserve deal for $550 off the Note 9 but I'm not sure if I should wait until after release. [link] [comments]
Blue light filter schedule turning off Posted: 15 Feb 2019 06:49 AM PST Now that I am on One UI, every time location is turned off (manually or because of power saver) the Blue light filter "Turn on as scheduled" option is switched off and can only be switched back on manually. Is there any way to fix this, other than just never turning off location? (device is S9) [link] [comments]
Posted: 15 Feb 2019 12:50 AM PST Hello there, My old phone has malfunctioned, and I'm thinking of getting a new phone and wanted to know a bit of general info about it. I'm on a tight budget, so the one I'm looking at is a Galaxy J4 plus 2018. One other option I think would be the j6 2018. Mainly want it to be able to play Pokémon Go, and social media (fb, insta, twitter). Would it be a good idea to get this one, or do you guys recommend something else? Edit : I'm from Romania [link] [comments]

Standalone Alexa for Galaxy Watch, Gear S3 and Gear Sport app now in Galaxy Apps store Posted: 15 Feb 2019 06:28 AM PST I just released Voice in a Can, which brings standalone Alexa support to Samsung watches running Tizen 4.0. It is now in the Galaxy Apps store, search for Voice in a Can. Demo video: https://youtu.be/DiyI6ahtyVM Please read the app store description: it can take a while to start up, not all audio content can be supported, and there are accessibility limitations beyond my control. I'm an independent developer, doing this as a side-project/passion project and welcome all feedback or questions: [damian@voiceinacan.com](mailto:damian@voiceinacan.com) Thanks!
