I'm on a quest for an android gaming controller. Posted: 24 Feb 2019 06:22 AM PST I recently fell down the rabbit hole of bluetooth gamepads. Although there are really great ones out there, they all require some form of platforms, simulators, or emulators (which I dont trust myself to install because I barely have any tech knowledge as it is). I primarily got the Note 9 for its hype surrounding how smoothly it will run almost any mobile game. I can run PUBG at the highest settings and render, plus screen record with no lag. Best Emulator? Posted: 24 Feb 2019 08:50 AM PST What Emulator do you all use for your Android Gaming? I feel like I've tried everything over the last year and haven't been able to settle. Bluestacks 4 is nice and new and runs Android 7+ but feels bloated with crap it doesn't need and "feels" old, it also doesn't support root without the tweaker. Nox is running an older version of Android, has failing compatability with what seems like an increasing number of games and the adverts get a little tedious, but the macros, easy root etc are great. I've also tried: - LDPlayer - MeMu I just want something like Google's Android emulator that comes with Android Studio. Clean / Modern, lightweight, with optional root and macro s, preferably no ads. [DEV] Space Motion - Control the Ship with your device Posted: 24 Feb 2019 10:10 AM PST Hey all, about 4 years ago I wrote and Android game engine and a space shooter game like space invaders but the player would use the device to control the ship. There were no other features other then moving and shooting enemy spaceships and the art was pretty basic... Me doing it on paint pixel basic... That game as been in limbo for those 4 years and I have now released a major update. I have rewrote Version 2.0 in unity and got some art was from an artists around the web and added ship upgrades and hireable crew. I am looking for feedback from the gameplay and for the balancing of all the features and game progress. I am also planning on releasing new features soon. [REQUEST] Games that remove ads with IAP/ unlock trial with IAP Posted: 24 Feb 2019 07:26 AM PST Google gave me a 99¢ credit toward game IAP and I'm trying to figure out what to use it on because I hate games with ads or IAP. I figure that the best way to spend this credit is toward unlocking a "trial" version or removing ads. But it's hard to know what games do this. I know Sega's classic games do, as does Pinout (IIRC). What are some others? I'm into arcade style games, anything kind of old school in spirit (not just pixel graphics). I also like match 3 games, but is even bejeweled classic fucked over with IAP?
