    Pricing bubble

    Posted: 27 Jul 2018 03:27 AM PDT

Just heard about the possible pricing for the note 9. Utterly insane if you ask me, it's makes me wonder how, and why people are willing to spend this amount of money on a phone. Don't get me wrong, Samsung makes exellent phones, but are certainly not worth the price being asked. Yes I know what supply and demand is, but with pricing going up every year there has to be a point where the bubble will burst right? RIGHT?!?!?!?! In the end it seems I will still be using the note 4 for a long time, and I'm more than happy to do so

[HELP] My Samsung S9 can't send picture messages

    Posted: 27 Jul 2018 05:39 AM PDT

I have an S9 that can't send SMS messages. Has anyone else has this problem? Oddly enough, it only happens to one of my contacts. I can send pictures to everyone else no problem.

Theres nothing wrong with the AKG earbuds

    Posted: 27 Jul 2018 01:51 AM PDT

People say it has no bass or doesnt it sound that premium but the real problem is the music player. Simply dont use samsung music player. Try downloading any other music player (for me i downloaded Pi Music Player) and the sound quality was much better especially in the bass side The default bass in the app is equal to the full bass boost on samsung music player and you can even increase it to huge amounts

spotify stutter sound problem on s9

    Posted: 27 Jul 2018 01:37 AM PDT

I got an s9 recently and I like it a lot but my problem was that spotify sound was stuttering every few minutes. I tried a lot of things includiing clean reinstallation with data & cache and excluding spotify from battery optimization. They didn't work. In the end what worked was to move my storage place from SD to internal storage... Which makes it seems like SD is at fault here however I've been using spotify from that same SD just untill a few days ago on my S5 Mini and it had no problems at all. Not even only that but on my s9 I use Netflix to download on SD and playback without any issues. Now I'm kinda confused at what to do, I have over 26 GB of music installed and eventually I'll have to move them to SD or run out of space on internal storage. I ask for your help, thanks in advance.

    Magic Info Smart Signage Question

    Posted: 27 Jul 2018 01:54 AM PDT

I'm in the process of buying several Samsung Smart Signage Displays from Samsung because of their Magic Info functionality. Specifically the functionality in Magicinfo S3 of copying media files over from USB to the Displays internal Storage & creating rich programs in several channels with just the remote without any extra devices and no connection to any network.

Originally I wanted to buy several of the DM75Es. However since the buyer is an governmental institution only several dealers are allowed and they only carry the newer QB and QM Series of the Smart Signage product line.

I searched the internet (only found Magic Info 4 and Online functionality), called Samsung (after two hours of back and forth I was asked to email), emailed Samsung (without any answer) and I was unable to obtain any information regarding the functionality of Magic Info S5 and if it is possible to again copy over media files from USB and create programs with the remote without using any extra devices and without any network connection.

I am interested as to what models of the QB or QM series provide the complete offline functionality. The certification for 16 or 24 hours a day use is a secondary concern.

To better describe what I mean with the offline functionality of Magic Info S3 have a look at this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ze7d9gpEsH0

    Favorite car accessory for s9?

    Posted: 26 Jul 2018 07:58 PM PDT

So i have had my s9+ for a few months and just wanted to know everyone's favorite accessories? I can't find a car cradle (got a iottie) worth its salt that is not too expensive. I did get a roav viva which is pretty great with voice control and charging. Any suggestion for other stuff?

Plan on getting a note phone soon and heard that you can't use some Spen features with a third party launcher. Is this true?

Samsung Galaxy S6 gets really hot after not being used in a while

    Posted: 26 Jul 2018 07:06 PM PDT

So I got the S6 since (almost) day one and it always worked fine, the phone was always cold and if I did something to overheat it, such as running a VR video, closing the app would quickly return the phone to its normal, cold temperature. While I charged it I would turn flight mode on or do it while it's turned off, it never acted abnormal in any way.

So, when the S9+ released I got it the first day and since then I haven't touched the S6, so it has been turned off for months, I started it for the first time since I got the S9+ like a couple months ago and the phone was burning within seconds, without running any app or doing absolutely anything, I just touched it and before I could do anything I alread felt it burning, I just used it to move old data to the PC and it's always burning, the phone stayed a few weeks off again and today I wanted to use it to watch some VR instead of using the S9, but just from charging (I didn't turn it on yet) the phone started burning again. Is there any relation between an smarthphone being turned off for a long time with this issue? Oh and I never used any kind of case, I don't like these and I never dropped the phone by accident, so it has always been well ventilated.

How to turn off Device Detection (don't know what to call it) on my Samsung TV

    Posted: 26 Jul 2018 05:06 PM PDT

To clarify, I am not looking to prevent HDMI switching. I rather want to stop my tv from trying to recognize the identity of new input sources.

    My model is UN55MU8000

If you're wondering why I want to do this, I have a Nintendo Switch that, whenever I dock it, the tv tries to detect what it is. The problem is that it always recognizes it as a Spectrum DVR, for whatever reason. So whenever I dock it, I have to manually cancel the process by pressing the back button on the tv remote. It's really annoying and I'd rather not have to bother with this detection feature at all. (I have a second Switch that my tv never even tries to detect, so it's really confusing and inconsistent all around)

Does samsung still offer their own WiFi File explorer for phones?

    Posted: 26 Jul 2018 10:42 AM PDT

I remember way back in 2014-ish I think Samsung had this wifi explorer application that allowed you to upload and download files onto the phone over wifi. is this still a thing? I'm currently using a 3rd party application for this but it's a tad finicky...

Should I get a MU6400 or 7400 tv? Which one is better?

    Posted: 26 Jul 2018 01:20 PM PDT

Which one of these is better and is there really a big difference between the two models? I am was originally thinking of the NU7120 but he mu6400 seems to be just as good when it comes to specs(t even has a better PQI than the 7100 series) and is a lot cheaper now that they discontinued. Any advice?
