That mp3 has lyric tag that has the words inside the file. I want an app that can play the music and when you click something it displays the words. Kinda like on iOS. Posted: 29 Apr 2018 12:43 PM PDT Basically, what I want to do is watch a Twitch stream (on the Twitch app) without sound, while listening to music on Spotify, but the Twitch app doesn't have an individual volume control, and I can't have both Spotify and twitch at the same time because Spotify sound stops as soon as I open a stream on twitch. | TextPlus question, please help if you can Posted: 29 Apr 2018 02:56 PM PDT I downloaded textplus on android and denied access to my contacts. I sent someone a text message and a name appeared after it sent. Also note this person isn't even added in my contacts anyways so wouldn't matter, just figured I'd add the extra info to avoid any confusion.. Since I texted the number and their name popped up in the history afterwards, does this mean they are using a textplus number? Can anyone clear this confusion? Long story short a girl gave me her number and I texted it using textplus and name popped up... wanted to know if it was her real number or a textplus number.. | Does anyone have a texting solution? Posted: 29 Apr 2018 07:25 PM PDT Just talking about regular SMS texting. I'm currently using the Messages app from Google and I have one issue with it. I want to be able to see who is texting me without unlocking my phone. I tried using Textra but when I enabled this option, I could only see who was texting me and not the message in my notifications even after unlocking my phone. I am using a Galaxy S8+ and want the following. I want to see that I have a message on the always on screen. I want to see who sent the message on the lockscreen. I want to see a preview of the message in my notifications. And I want to see the whole message of course when opening whatever app I use. [link] [comments]  |

Posted: 29 Apr 2018 01:23 PM PDT Wife's Moto g3 crapped out, there is information on her SD card that she needs, since the card was formatted as internal storage it is encrypted. My PC won't even show the card when it is plugged in. Tryed an SD card restore program but it was only able to pull previously deleted information. Posted: 29 Apr 2018 01:42 PM PDT My brother has broken the screen on his Samsung A5 2017 and I am trying to recover the data from it. The good news is the touchscreen is still working as I can call it and swipe to answer successfully. I am looking for help from a friendly redditor who has this phone to help me know where to press to allow it to talk to my PC. Fortunately my brother's security practices are appalling and there is no password or pattern so a simple swipe from left to right should unlock it. I need help with where to press next. I can plug it in and my computer sees it and I think I can unlock it. Where do I tap next? If someone can post a video of the procedure I would be eternally grateful. | Installing Samsung apps on a Pixel? Posted: 29 Apr 2018 02:09 PM PDT The two apps that come to mind are Samsung's camera app and their Always On Display app. Although my phone already has an Always On Display, I like the Samsung one better, and want to install it. However, with both of these apps, I get an App not installed error when I try to install them. I also tried installing the Samsung Settings app, which didn't work. Having issues trying to get phone showing in PC file explorer. I don't get a prompt on my phone asking if I want to transfer files etc which i'm pretty sure used to happen. Just wondering if anyone might know what the issue is. I am using Nova launcher and a few other things but have tried with those turned off and no luck. I have a few movies on iTunes but didn't like that I could only watch then on an Apple Device or a PC that had iTunes installed. Vs Play Movies letting me watch from any device that had a browser. What is the general consensus on the matter? It was given to me, when I turn on the wifi setting it comes up with the name of cl-ac40 action cam. Now there is a specific program they recommend, XDV which frankly, is just a dodgy piece of garbage. I know all of these chinese knockoffs are based around the same software with some images for names etc changed per brand. So, I tried downloading a Dark/Transparent Messenger apk, and it says "App not installed". So i tried enbaling "Install Unknown apps"... Android devices have a reputation (that I perceive, might be wrong) of falling off after subsequent software releases. | How to find the right TWRP, if it's not on the website? Posted: 29 Apr 2018 02:51 PM PDT I deleted the OS, and TWRP (but before I did that I think I backed up my info in TWRP). The only screens I can access are Teal screen and the screen that says it is a demo phone. My model is SM-G925X, it is a demo phone s6 edge. I'd like to be able to get the photos, so I downloaded Odin, and now I am looking for the proper TWRP, however, the model isn't on the TWRP website. What do I do in this case? The card is only a month old which I bought from a reputable store I save/transfer everything to SD card but after some time, some of them become as shown: http://imgur.com/ovJb4z2 I thought there is something wrong when saving/transferring, but some can be viewed normally for WEEKS before becoming like that. Issues are as follows: 1. Slow charging, has been on charge for 5 hours and is only on 5% battery.
