Posted: 04 Jun 2022 05:54 AM PDT So basically, Someone had access to my call recordings in the past. They said that they used a pendrive to get it because they did have physical access of my device in the past. But I I don't trust the fact that it was merely a pendrive, They got a ton of my call recordings without me knowing. I have a doubt that it may be spyware, or something using AndroRAT to spy on my device, He could have installed an application on it without me knowing. Please help me confirm and find it. Android emulator that can run Samsung Pay? Posted: 03 Jun 2022 09:43 PM PDT Are there any Android emulators that can run Samsung Pay? I'm having trouble adding cards to my Samsung Pay, so I was thinking that a. I could use an emulator to try to figure out whether some app or setting I have is messing with Samsung Pay; b. Potentially I could add cards in the emulator, and then hope that the rest of Samsung Pay works on my phone. Is that ridiculous? [link] [comments] |
Android 12 for Huawei P30 Lite Posted: 04 Jun 2022 07:45 AM PDT Hi, Just wanted to ask, if there will be a Android 12 release for the Huawei P30 Lite (MAR-LX1A). Because it already launched for the NE version, and for the MAR-LX1A there still isn't the Android 12 available. I'm living in Europe btw. Thanks in advance. [link] [comments] |

And if I go with reset how do I get my smartphone backup on google drive? [link] [comments] |

Cant re install game with huge sd, have enough internal memory, did this before... Posted: 03 Jun 2022 10:31 PM PDT hey i have a huge problem. Phone has 8 gb free , i have 62/64 gb empty sd card (FORMATTED PROPERLY to internal memory) . i had to reinstall game again cus crash (5th time no problems before) 5.4 gb game - 8 gb free internal memory (non sd, im assuming it must put all the patches together here) - i had about 9 gb free when i did it before, cannot free up any more space at all whatsoever but now it says it doesnt have enough memory at 85% install of patches. - i had 7 gb free uninstalled 1gb app and it was at 81.1 this number seems off, maybe my phone is lying about the amount of internal memory -i tried installing other apps all go 100% to sd card no problem, its formatted properly. it seems to fill all 8gb of internal memory i never had this problem back when i had 3 gb internal space. i deleted all my apps on internal storage to make this much space to get it to work and it isnt. any ideas im assuming if game X gb (lets say 9 gb) do you need to have 10 ++ gb free in phone internal storage so it can fully patch and then it will auto move to sd once fully insstalled? makes no sense since i had 9.2 gb free before and reinstalled this game several times with no issues. Also have TWICE the space avail in internal memory default to phone (9gb free internal is must?) then (62 gb is free in sd will move to this after all patches preload in internal?) Get Photos/Data from phone with dead screen Posted: 03 Jun 2022 09:26 PM PDT My mom's Pixel 5A's screen died recently and they sent her a refurbished phone replacement. The problem is that she has a lot of important photos on the phone and we don't know how to get it since the screen is dead. And she has to send back the phone in the next few days otherwise they'll charge her for the replacement. Does anyone have any ideas on how to download these photos on a dead screen phone? Problems installing APK's. Compatibility issue? Posted: 03 Jun 2022 11:15 PM PDT Hi, everyone, I'm trying to reinstall some apps that I had on my old phone, Galaxy S10, and just bought a Pixel 6 Pro. They're APK's that I already had downloaded from before and I can install them successfully, but when I go to open them, I get a very quick flash on the screen, but the app doesn't open. Trying a couple times gives me the popup saying the app keeps closing. They all worked fine on the Galaxy, so I know the APK is good. Is there possibly a compatibility difference between the two phones? They're not brand specific apps I'm trying to run, they're a couple games and one of my banking apps. [link] [comments] |

Are there any custom ROMs left that still use AOSP other than Lineage? Posted: 04 Jun 2022 01:18 AM PDT I'm frankly sick of google's tendrils being intertwined in my phone so the less software I'm forced to have on my phone that's made by them the happier I am. I recently updated to LineageOS version 19.1 (Android 12, yay) but I absolutely hated it. Everything was a downgrade. I guess I could have gone back to Android 11, and at this point I wish I had, would have saved me a headache or two. Due to my hatred of LineageOS 19.1, I started digging for alternative custom ROMs to try out. I found 3 that kept popping up in my searches (other than Lineage) so I decided to give them all a shot. Pixel Experience, Bliss, and Descendant. Pixel Experience certainly lived up to its name with the most google software baked in, overall far too close to stock for me because I have a Pixel 4 XL. Bliss seemed very unfinished, it worked but none of it worked well. I played with it for about 15 minutes before deciding it wasn't worth my time and moving on. Descendant was the most promising so far with many of the things I didn't like about Lineage removed and/or replaced. Certain design changes are certainly welcome, most notably the hideous notification area being replaced by one that is far less repulsive. Descendant is what I ultimately went with. The one thing common with all 3 of these, however, is the fact that they have nothing to do with AOSP and include various amounts of google software in them. That's one of the biggest things I liked about Lineage. I used Firefox despite its admittedly clunky feel on Lineage because I'm a Firefox plebian and literally had the option to uninstall Chrome (or never even install it in the first place) without even having to root my device. What's up with that? Why is Lineage the only OS still kicking around with AOSP support rather than coming with Google's own applications? [link] [comments] |
How do I recalibrate my phone's battery after replacement? Posted: 03 Jun 2022 11:10 AM PDT I have just had my battery replaced, and after that my phone lost charge in pretty much the same speed, except on 1% I could use it for 30 minutes with the screen always on. Is there a way to recalibrate this? [link] [comments] |
Why isn't my phone detecting the external SSD? Posted: 03 Jun 2022 10:15 PM PDT This SSD is rn ruining my day. It is inaccessible with my XZ2 or my Ipad 7th Gen and I'm starting to get very desperate to try using it. But one problem I have is that the file is being detected on my windows laptop and my Xperia X Compact from 2016. Why is this the case? For additional notes, the external SSD does work on all devices until it just, well, stopped. There's no youtube video about this, forum or thread having the same issue. The file is somewhat accessible on the android phone with an exFAT app but its barely. Cant copy or write files, only read files names. Is there anything I can do with this issue? Tweaking on windows perhaps, and no, the SSD is not corrupt and CrystalDiskInfo says too. Please, for the love of that is all good, help me. [link] [comments] |
Motorola g 82 is 5g saported our not? Posted: 03 Jun 2022 09:46 PM PDT Moto G82 with its Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 chipset, 6GB RAM and a well-organised battery setup ensures seamless operations all day long. The camera setup and display of the device are also of good quality. And its internal storage allows you to store plenty of files as per requirement If you know more visit this website link: https://dailynewsgajets06.blogspot.com/2022/06/motorola-g82-5g.html [link] [comments] |
google assistant lock screen help? Posted: 03 Jun 2022 08:21 PM PDT dont understand why this isnt working, i have a smart bulb in my bedroom and i can say "hey google, turn off/on the lights" and it will turn the light on or off. unless the phone is locked, then the phone replies with "first you have to unlock your phone" wich to me completely negates the point of having voice controls in the first place, if im going to pick up my phone and unlock it i might as well just turn the light on/off through the widget for the light. ive searched google up and down for this, and every post says to go to the assistant settings>lock screen and enable both of the toggles their, ive tried that but it still refuses to work on the lock screen. how can i resolve this? Media Control App Shortcuts gone after update - Samsung S10 5G OneUI 4.1 Android 12 Posted: 03 Jun 2022 08:06 PM PDT I noticed that a couple of "security updates" ago (maybe 2-3 months ago) the media controls functionality of my Samsung S10 5G changed. The way it used to function was you swipe down on the notification shade twice and you get to the 'Media Output' icon. Once pressing that, you get the screen with your currently playing media app with the back/play/forward buttons. Above that was a row of frequently used media apps that you could select from to quickly open them. I used to use that feature all the time, but now it is gone. I just opened a Tab A8 and it still has the functionality I'm used to. The tablet is running Android 11, OneUI 3.1. There also appears to be an option to turn on or off "show app shortcuts" from the media output settings screen (see pics one and two from link). This option does not exist on my phone. Did Google remove the app shortcuts feature from Media Output? Pics below. First two are tablet, last three are phone: [link] [comments] |
How did my friend's phone get all my contacts? Posted: 03 Jun 2022 11:10 AM PDT My roommate's phone (Note 20 Ultra) a few days ago seems to have somehow gotten all MY contacts. It is only synced to his Google account, and in his Google contacts it's become a complete copy of mine and his previous contacts are gone. We do not have any device that is signed in to both of our Google accounts on one device. I've never signed into any of his devices nor him into any of mine. The only correlation I can think of is that I'm a member of the home in Google home, of the YouTube Premium family subscription (but nobody else in the YT Premium family is affected). The two of us mostly communicate within a WhatsApp group chat, sometimes SMS. He says that he's attempted to redo his contacts within Google Contacts, but they just ended up reverting again and it's back to being a mirror of my contacts. How is this possible, especially with not having any shared devices that sync contacts? And most importantly, how would it be fixed? [link] [comments] |
Posted: 03 Jun 2022 04:18 PM PDT Hey y'all, I booted my Pixel Gen 1 up after a while of it sitting around, and it booted to the "Your phone is corrupt and may not work properly". Is there any way to fix this? Or do I have a brick now? [link] [comments] |
Posted: 03 Jun 2022 04:06 PM PDT Hey guys, currently limping between 2 old phones while i save up for a new one. Currently i have a sim card in a zte maven 2. I then use the mobile hotspot to use my old iphone 5s because it runs 1000x better and faster than my android phone, however im getting more and more limited by apps requiring updates that my locked ios12 iphone cant get. My issue is that my old iphone has a switch on the side to set it to virbate mode. This means that any notification i get will no longer play a sound but instead vibrate. I also have it set to vibrate on top of making sounds when its not in vibrate mode. The android phone seemingly cant do this... or after like 15 mins of digging around and quick googling it doesnt seem like anyones talking about this ability. I cant imagine that there are literally no apps, and no systems in place on this phone to allows my notifcations to vibrate, its such a simple bare minimum required feature imo Anyways can anyone help me figure this out, or show me something that will convince me that this is pointless? How can I recover a deleted video that was deleted a year ago? Posted: 03 Jun 2022 03:56 PM PDT I really need to get this video I deleted off my gallery back. I deleted it about a year ago, maybe more, I'm not sure - but it's been gone for a while anyway. So how the hell can I get it back? I don't have any backups on Google drive or anything. Is there any way I can get media that was deleted a while ago back? [link] [comments] |
