Posted: 28 Jan 2021 06:25 PM PST Before just placing my thumb slightly on top of it would unlock my phone, now it never recognizes it, but it you press slightly harder it does that little vibration bump, but still does not unlock phone. | Ear speaker not working - Redmi Note 9s Posted: 28 Jan 2021 05:43 PM PST The ear speaker of my phone suddenly stopped working, when I receive/make a call, I hear nothing, but the other person can hear me fine. I have to put the call on speaker (the big one) or connect to an external device (earphone, headphones, or BT device) to hear the other person. I've already tried restarting the phone, cleaning the cache memory, and some "speaker cleaner" apps from the store, but there is no luck :( I've seen several posts and YT videos saying that this is caused by a software bug on the MIUI.... | Updated MIUI and now Gestures don't work with my third-party launcher Posted: 28 Jan 2021 10:49 AM PST Hello, I've been trying to look up a solution and it's been annoying me since the new update on my Mi 10 5G I updated to MIUI 12.2.4 Global (Stable) and when I unlocked the phone, I had buttons at the bottom all of a sudden. I found this odd because since launch I switched them and have been using Android Gestures. I've been using Nova launcher Prime since 2015 and so I'm used to it and have my settings and such and don't want to use the system launcher. I switched it back to Gestures in Settings and they don't work. I can't escape the settings. I can't go back or return to the homepage. I've been trying to understand what happened and if anyone has any troubleshooting or suggestions. Thank you. [link] [comments]  | ||
| Notifications look weird since update to 12.2.4 Posted: 28 Jan 2021 02:05 PM PST Hey, I own a Mi10 and yesterday I got the update to miui 12.2.4. Since then my WhatsApp notifications (and SMS sometimes) look pretty weird. The reply and mark as read buttons are placed all the way at the edge of the notification banner whereas there was a small space between the edge and the button before. https://i.imgur.com/xcey05e.jpg Sometimes the buttons are white and not green and look normal. | Wi-Fi disconnecting or slow when using Bluetooth audio Posted: 28 Jan 2021 09:35 AM PST Every time I connect my Redmi Note 8 (BT v4.2) to the Redmi airdots (BT v5.0), my Wi-Fi internet connection slows down to a crawl or it outright disconnects from my router for a while. Anyone else ever had this issue? Turning Wi-Fi or Bluetooth off and back on does not help nor does clearing Bluetooth data. I am guessing that it could be due to the devices being on different BT versions. I hope someone knows a fix or at least an explanation.
