    [Redmi Note 7]I Screwed up my MIUI OS. Please Help

    So, this is all that happened while trying to install custom ROM (crDroid) :

    1. I installed TWRP File Recovery.
    2. Stupid me didn't make a backup of my ROM.
    3. Downloaded latest MIUI Firmware (11.0.9) & crDroid (6.8).
    4. Installed (flashed) MIUI Firmware.
    5. Tried to install crDroid 6.8 but gave me error 7.
    6. Tried step 5 numerous times.
    7. I deleted the first lines in the described file in the extracted crDroid 6.8 Zip.
    8. Still, no success.
    9. I wiped out all the stuff (Dalik, Cache, Vendor,Internal Storage, System) and flashed crDroid 6.8. I then booted system and the booting is stuck forever at the ROM loading screen.

    Where did I go wrong? Is my mobile bricked? What's the solution?

    The Security app doesn't work after a certain time of the phone running. It works fine after rebooting but it doesn't launch or even if it does, the individual functions (like Game Turbo) don't work without a reboot. Can anyone help?

    My current phone is an Honor 10 and I want a necessary and cheap upgrade. I've come to the conclusion that the Poco F2 Pro is the best that fits in with my needs of a phone. However I don't know if the software is to my liking. I love EMUI but the current Huawei/Honor phones that are in my price range are wack. Basically is MIUI worth changing?

    I've decided to buy the Note 9 Pro global edition. But when I went to check if any new releases were coming I got a bit confused. Xiaomi is pumping out and rebranding so many phones I don't know what is what anymore lol

    Is there a way to enable Wi-Fi WPS connection on the Note 8 Pro?

    Title is self-explanatory. I like using the WPS function in my routers as that saves me time and is much easier than trying to remember a password. But there is no such option within my RN8P's Wi-Fi settings, so I was wondering if it's just "hidden" somewhere else and if so how to access it, or if they scrapped that function entirely.

    Device: Redmi Note 8 Pro 6/128 Global, MIUI 11, Android 10.

    Xiaomi Super Wallpaper.

    So today I got the update to MIUI 12, and it automatically started with the super Wallpaper on, but I changed later on to save some battery, now I can't find where to set it back, tried looking in the wallpaper app and also searching for it and didn't find anything, where can I find it back?     Front Camera Mi9T Gcam

    Is there any Gcam port for the Xiaomi Mi 9T which increases the quality of the Selfie Camera?

    I have used a couple Gcam ports but the front camera quality on all of those I have used is worse than using the Miui Stock Camera app.

    Google Play Auto Update on Mi (T Pro

    What's the trick to make Google Play Auto Update to work. It is not the setting on the app itself, which are fine. I know it has something to do with Battery Optimization stopping Google Play running when the phone is hibernating.

    Can someone point me to some instructions?

    Galaxy S20 or Xiaomi 10

    I was pretty certain to get the Xiaomi 10 for 550 Euros, but Samsung made a promotion on Amazon and they are selling the Galasy S20, with Exynos, for 650 Euros and it got me wandering whether is worth to pay $100 more for the S20

    Is it worth to upgrade mi band 4 to a mi band 5 (global version)?

    How does MIUI China ROMs handle push notifications (without Google)?

    I've always ran Global or AOSP (w gapps) on my phones, but never the China builds. Was wondering how it works with push notifications without Google's cloud messaging push. Do some apps that rely on that just not send push notifications? Apps like Telegram, WhatsApp, Signal, etc. Thanks!

    Mi A3 Restarting again and again.

    I received the July security patch update but I didn't install it and now randomly my power menu started showing up before any of my action phone restarted and now it's stuck on the Android One logo then Restart, it keeps happening.
    I tried to drain out the battery but after that still not working.
    The phone is not moving forward from this point.

    Hi. I'm having a problem with calls and text.

    Problem:

    • I can't receive calls on or call anyone when connected to wifi.

    I've tried to enable always on data even on wifi in developer options, but this doesn't help. This issue happens at work and at home.

    Anyone come across these issues mainly on wifi even if you have all bars? What can I do to fix this?

    Netflix is showing this message on my Redmi note 8 pro. It is actually happening after the Android 10 update. I reinstalled the app, reseted my wifi router but nothing helped.

    Today when I woke up I was going to use my mobile phone as always and after 30 seconds it started blinking and the screen started turning on and off, after that the screen blinked green a few times and the screen stayed turned off no matter what I did.

    I restarted the phone mantaining the power button and nothing happened so I left the phone there and tried again in a few hours, it did exactly the same, worked for a few seconds then blinked and finally the screen turned off.

    I dont understand what is happening, is it the screen? The battery? (When im able to use it it says there is more than enough battery)

    I need help people, I really need the phone these days and its a really bad moment for it to break, what can I do?

    My battery gone down to 10% in 10 hours and most of it was used by the screen is this normal? 5 day old Redmi note 8

    Edit: its on auto brightness but because its summer i realize its always near the max brightness level and i don't mind keeping it at maximum if nothing is wrong with the battery and its supposed to last 10 hours like that
