DISCLAIMER: The app is totally free now and will remain free for testers forever. What's it all about? Fitness for ordinary people, working 8-17 M-F, willing to make some change in their lifes. How does it work? I believe that too many people that want just to get a little bit fitter or healthier come to a fitness club or try a fitness app and get trapped into the story of a perfect body and working hard. They start to work hard, they try to mimic professional athletes and they fail. A beginner can't and shouldn't train like a pro. This approach leads only to two outcomes: you either get injured and quit training or you get too stressed and frustrated and quit. Consistency is the key to success in any sphere. This approach works perfectly in studying math or a foreign language or learning a martial art or trying to get fit. Practice regularly and smart = don't overload yourself, listen to your body and your feeling and you will get to your target. Medical research says the same. I would love something easy. Perhaps Google Assistant can do some of the heavy lifting for me? Or perhaps there are suggested apps that have widgets or are compatible with Wear OS? | Posted: 30 Jul 2020 12:53 PM PDT Recently I have been using a variety of apps for habit tracking, to do list, calendar, money budget, journal, and taking random notes when necessary. I decided to give notion a try to see how it is. My first week of using it I spent it just learning how to use it for what I tend to use it for. I soon began to realize it can do all the things I need it to do within just an app. I installed all the apps and started using Notion. It really is a powerful app. I didn't have to install or look for apps. The August I will be using it all month to see how it goes with Notion. [link] [comments]  |
