    So, a few weeks ago I was messaged by Samsung's official @SamsungMobileUS to enter a chance to win a round trip to NYC to Samsung's Unpacked, with hotel accommodations, and a "new flagship smartphone" (Note 10!!!).

    Today I recieved a message that I won! I contacted Samsung customer service to verify whether or not this was legitimate. They didn't really know much about it as they are not in contact with their Twitter team but assured me that if it was from their verified official account then it was genuine. Should I be excited or still cautious? I've searched and searched but cannot find anything regarding scams such as this, I think it might just be the real deal.

    With the new gallery update. You used to be able to put multiple pictures or screen shots in on one picture. But now I can't do that, so is it just me not knowing the gallery enough on this new update?

    The old way was in stickers.

    My screen no longer auto rotates and there is a button on the bottom right that I need to press to do rotate. How do I undo this?

    Bluetooth earphone music stutter

    The music stutter on my sennheiser earphone while on the street. I already turned of battery optimization for bluetooth and music player and turned off wifi and bluetooth. Now it's better, only stutter about every 1 minutes while in my pocket. Any solution for this?

    4K MU6100 base stand

    I have bought the 4K Smart MU6100 but i noticed scrolling through internet that depending on the country the base stand seems to be different. Does that mean the model is actually different depending on where i bought it? Or it's just the stand that changes? I want to calibrate it and i wanna know if the model is the same worldwide

    People should compare the S10e with the XS, not the XR

    I see comparisons being made between the S10e and the XR everywhere, but on paper it seems as though we should be comparing the S10e with the XS. The screen, camera, size, build, and storage all seem to point towards being closer to the XS. I know it isn't an apples to apples comparison (pun intended), but on paper it seems that way.

    Galaxy S9 4K resolution

    I went through and forced the resolution of 4440x2160 (18.5:9 aspect ratio) via adb, on my Galaxy S9+. May be a 1440p panel, but the upscaling looks nice, and allows 4k streaming on YouTube after a reinstall. Just posting this for users who wanted to know what 4K dimensions were on the 18.5:9 ratio

    Have I bought a fake S10+ phone?

    I'm pretty sure the answer is yes, but I thought I'd ask you guys because I know nothing about phones, and even less about Samsung phones.

    So I bought this phone at a car boot/yard sale sort of thing, yes I know its suspicious because I paid a very low price(£110), but I needed a new phone, and even if there was something wrong with this one I knew I wasn't risking much money because the phone was in good condition and it was fully working & unlocked.

    The camera isn't great for this caliber of phone, so that was my first red flag.

    Then I put in the serial number and got this as a result.

    Here are the phones IMEI numbers, there's two and neither of them come up as valid

    Q7FN Static Popping Noise

    So I recently bought a Samsung Q7FN 75 inch tv, and the left side of the tv keeps doing this static popping sound every 25 seconds or so. It isn't the speakers, and I believe it is the plastic backing. What is going on with it? Is there a break in period or is this a problem that will continue. It is so loud to me.

    Custom multipack backgrounds?

    Howdy, today I got an S10+ and I'm a big wallpaper buff. One of the first things I noticed in the store was the multipack wallpaper which I loved. I have something similair on my PC. My question is: is there a way to make your own multipack? If not a feel like that's a huge missed opportunity.

    How good sounding are the Samsung Buds?

    Do they sound the same or are similar in sound as the AKG earbuds that come with every Samsung device since the s8? If so, that's a bummer, as I would be switching from my Sony SP700N, which have a lot of bass and great sound, but their battery life is horrible (1½ hours with only one more charge using the base)

    How to find lost samsung phone?

    I do not have the find my phone set up on it. Every website I've checked said to use find my mobile, which needs to be installed prior to losing it (in other words not helpful) Is there any way to find the phone, whether it is calling someone or an easy to use app?

    How to improve wifi on my galaxy tab

    Is there any way to improve the wifi signal on my tablet? Everything else gets a perfect full signal except for this tablet. It's very low and often completely disconnects. Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I'm about to take it out back with a baseball bat. 😉
