    Galaxy Bud Owners: if you live in an area with a samsung experience store, they'll replace your buds for free

    I went to the Eaton Centre's samsung store in Downtown Toronto because my buds' audio was glitching out and echoing a lot, and they replaced them free of charge. I didn't need a receipt; they just used the SN on the case for reference, and you can do it as many times as you need to within the first year of purchase.

    The replacement Screen Protector for the S10 can be indented fairly easily with your finger and stays like that.

    Tab s4 charging time 200 minutes is incorrect ?

    Samsung advertised a 200 minute fast charging time (3hr 20) but when i use the included fast adaptive charger it only takes 140 minutes (2hr 20) from 0 to100 %. A full hour less than advertised.

    What are your charging times? I am completely confused

    No NFC on Samsung Galaxy A50

    Hi, I have purchased a Galaxy A50 and just had the unpleasant surprise to see I can't find any NFC option in the system and I even downloaded that "NFC check" app that simply tells you if your device has NFC and it says it does not

    ​

    However I'm reading in the specs of the device on several websites that it has NFC so I'm really confused now and starting to question the authenticity of my phone (bought an international version for 290 instead of 350 it through a trusted seller on a serious french marketplace - Darty)

    Has anybody here already heard of an issue like that for a Samsung phone?

    As the title says I'm upgrading this weekend from a galaxy s7 to either a note 9 or s10. I'd just like to ask the Samsung community who own these phones for any advice on which to get, some pros and cons or really just feedback to help me make a more informed decision. Thanks in advance.

    Can I bring my Note 9 to use in US?

    Hi, I will attend a boarding school in US this September. I don't know that can I bring my current Note 9 to use in US network or not. Can anyone help me to figure it out?

    P/s: My Note 9 is Korea version, which is N960N but I flashed global rom (N960F's rom). It has 2 same IMEI number but it still work fine in GSM country like Vietnam.

    I've been waiting for quite a while & went to pull up a website on it & seen it had a 1.4 GB update it wanted to do! Made my day!

    Best of luck to everyone else. (I really like Night Mode, I get frequent headaches that often turn into migraines & it helps to keep everything as dark as possible. Also better on battery life!)

    Samsung a7 2018 won't work with group chats

    Promotional Galaxy Buds

    I claimed a pair in the few days after I received my phone. I got the email to say they will be shipped out in 30 days. Fast forward 30 days and I receive another email to say they will be shipped out in the "next 10 working days at the very latest". I received that email on 15th April and still no further update or shipping information. Is anyone else in the same boat or am I alone?

    Scratches

    I got the s10 around launch and have loved it, when I got it the sprint guy suggested a liquid glass screen protector. I said sure because I didnt wanna crack my 1000$ phone.

    Now in near direct sunlight I can see several shallow scratches. I'm in school so i usually put my pencil in my pocket but i always make sure my phone screen is facing towards me. IDK if this is from my pencil or what. I only put my pencil in the same pocket as my phone.

    Any Ideas?

    You can hide StatusBar(the top one that causes burn in) with SystemUI Tuner. Screenshots look much cleaner.
