| Posted: 30 Mar 2019 09:12 AM PDT It was supposed to arrive on Tuesday and was "out for delivery" since 9am. I waited in my living room and hung out with my roommates ALL DAY and kept checking the front door every 20 minutes to see if the phone had arrived because just earlier last week, I had another small package (underwear) stolen too. Anyway, FedEx delivers the package at 5:00pm and does not even knock on the door or anything as I would have heard it. At 5:20, I check my email to see the "package delivered successfully" email and I'm like what! I run outside but there is no package. The updated message also read "no signature required". I am so surprised. FedEx just left my $700 phone (with accessories and priority shipping since my old phone broke and I needed a new one urgently) sitting outside unguarded and didn't even bother knocking on the door. I call OnePlus and they said to wait a week first before contacting them and then they would 'escalate my ticket'. Meanwhile, FedEx is also clueless about the status of my order. I also made the terrible mistake of selling my old s8 first before getting the oneplus thinking that I would just be phoneless for a day. Now it looks like I am going to be without a phone for much longer. Why? Why could you not just require signature upon delivery??? This all could have been prevented. Why can't I just make FedEx drop it off at a facility and pick it up from there? Because my only mode of transport (scooter) broke down again and I have to rely on public transport, and no other buses go there so there's a few miles of walking involved. I thought I could be extra careful and just sprint to the door as soon as they knocked. What I want to accomplish with this post: Hopefully OnePlus re-considers their shipping policy and requests signature upon delivery instead of just leaving packages at the door. [link] [comments]  |

I really want to buy the OP 6T which is available in the market right now but even for that price point why don't they have a white coloured option available? Is there any official regarding why they didn't make a white one? Are they going to release a white One Plus 7? or even that won't get the colour variants? | Posted: 30 Mar 2019 10:21 AM PDT I made a backup in TWRP and when I went to restore it resulted in a soft brick situation where it would abort boot after the warning splash and automatically reboot into recovery and ask for permission to make modifications or keep read only. Damn. So inside recovery I use the TWRP file manager and navigate over to the sdcard and find that all the folders and files are named alphanumeric jibber. I ended up fastboot flashing stock. That's alright. Anyway, I was wondering if someone would point out to me what I did wrong or failed to do. Did this have something to do with encryption? Thanks [link] [comments]  |

But apparently, it's broken on Pie, none of the versions that I've tried work properly - I get the purple overlay on my nightsight photos. It's charging really small so after troubleshooting the cable/charger is knackered. I can't get a replacement charger kit anywhere. | OP6T sometimes doesnt respond on wake-up Posted: 29 Mar 2019 04:11 PM PDT So I've been having this issue ever since I first received my OP6T. At first I thought it was just a one time thing, but sadly it isnt... Sometimes, seemingly random, it gives no response whatsoever to touching the screen or lock button, nor to holding multiple buttons etc whilst on standby. After a few seconds (approximately 5 to 10) it magically responds again as if nothing has happened and the issue may not occur for a day, week or month. So far I haven't been able to find anyone with similar issues and I was hoping that maybe someone is familiar with the problem and/or has a fix... [link] [comments]  |

I got a error code 7. I tried to power up the phone normally but now it takes me to fastboot everytime and I could still boot into recovery just not boot normally. [link] [comments]  |

| Google GO Dialer Not Showing Voicemail ? Posted: 29 Mar 2019 05:09 PM PDT I just installed and set up the Google GO dialer on my 6T and I cannot figure out how to set it up so that the voicemail tab appears in the app. I thought I set up all the voicemail settings correctly but nothing. The Voicemail section appears fine in the stock dialer, but nothing in GO dialer. I've tried looking for answers, but I can't seem to find anything that has helped so far.
