[DEV] EasyJoin "Essential" update for Android Posted: 28 Mar 2022 04:47 AM PDT It's been a while since the free version of EasyJoin for Android received an update and here it is. You can get the latest apk from the site. For those not familiar with the app here is a brief description of its functionality: Offline file/folder sharing, file management, notifications sharing, clipboard sharing, private clipboard, P2P messages, decentralized connection of devices, browser addons to send links and text from a browser. Android "Essential" 4.0

Posted: 28 Mar 2022 07:43 AM PDT Hey, I found an option to add a standard signature, that's always used to one of my mail accounts. But I would like to have something more dynamic, like no signature as standard, but a button to chose from different signatures in the edit mail screen, that I can add if needed. Is that possible? Would 1 ecosystem or several be better for being " privacy minded "? Posted: 28 Mar 2022 07:02 AM PDT I'd describe myself as more of a privacy minded person. The catch though is that I honestly just really like some of the features offered by the more mainstream, less private providers. So with that thought, would it be more privacy minded to use a bunch of apps from different ecosystems or just commit to 1? For example I really like the SwiftKey board and I like the features of RCS messaging, but you can only get that with Google's messages app. Is it better to just use all Google products then? Or use items from different companies? Or is it more or an all or nothing type thing? Where if you use 1 Google app then there is no point in looking for privacy because they are already in? I guess another way to ask would be, what are good privacy recommendations for the average user? Is there a decent guide walking you through " levels of privacy" on mobile? Like level 1 change your keyboard and browser to one of these. Level 2 change your DNS provider... Ext. [link] [comments] |
How to turn off autofill predictive text in calendar? Posted: 28 Mar 2022 06:55 AM PDT This is driving me nuts, how do you turn off autofill predictive text in calendar apps on android? All I want is to fill all the forms in without billions of past events disruptively suggested sometimes making me input completely incorrect calendar entries! [link] [comments] |
best app for screen recording with front face camera Posted: 28 Mar 2022 07:36 AM PDT I want an app that's equivalent to obs on windows, but for android I tried "kicmy 929 screen recorder" but the front camera window is just too small in the corner and I can't adjust its size [link] [comments] |
Is there a way tosort and delete videos easily? Posted: 28 Mar 2022 06:51 AM PDT There's an app called Slidebox which is a great way to sort and delete photos. And I was wondering if there is any app that could do the same thing for videos? [link] [comments] |
