can't access to certain websites via Wi-Fi but can access on P.C. Posted: 28 Feb 2019 12:22 PM PST I can't access to certain websites via Wi-Fi but can access on P.C. Whenever I try to access to certain websites it says "ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED". I tried factory resetting my Wi-Fi router and changing the DNS,using other browsers but nothing seem to work. I need a replacement. I was offered a remote for a Samsung TV UA28H4100. Will it work with my TV?
