    Samsung Pay made me win with an employee that doubted me the entire time.

    I was getting a haircut at Great Clips. After it was done. The employee told me the payment. I got out my Note10+ ready to pay like any other time going to the store waiting for the terminal to turn on. The employee looked at me awkwardly and and said.

    Emp: We do not accept Apple Pay or mobile payments. We only do the Old Fashioned way with a card.

    Me: Oh, it's Samsung Pay, it works an all terminals.

    Emp: I do not think you understand, it won't work. It only works with the old fashioned cards.

    I was looking at the terminal thinking it only worked as a chip reader and the swipe method was disabled, but it was completely the opposite. They didn't use the chip reader at all. Only the swipe. Then I got more confident it was going to work

    Me: Oh, it's going to work. Trust me. I've done this many times already. Run it as Credit.

    During all of this. He never turned on the terminal for me to start the transaction and he still doubted me.

    The employee calls someone else about this. She then told him to turn it on and said that it may work.

    She turned on the terminal and I placed my phone on the reader. A few seconds later, I heard a beep and BAM, the receipt printed out immediately. He started to have this surprised look at his face like "how did he do that?"

    Some customers waiting to check in started to ask me what was that. Some thought it was Apple Pay. I said it was Samsung Pay and it works anywhere. I signed the receipt and said thank you, like nothing ever happened. I still tipped him since he gave me a nice haircut.

    Lesson: Stand your ground when there is doubts and let Samsung do its thing.

    hey yall. Big apple user here, all my devices are apple. Although after trying to make airpods work for me, they are very uncomfortable and fall out of my ears when literally doing anything with my head although i love the performance of them from a feature standpoint so im looking for other true wireless headphones. Although i am looking at Beats X, the long wire between kind of is off putting since ive been spoiled with true wireless.

    Ive been looking at a lot of cheaper true wireless options on amazon but saw some videos on the Galaxy buds 2019 and i really like the design and the way they/the case looks. and the wing/bud options make it look like it will fit well an they look like they are light and will sit more flush with my ears/head. So my question is two fold, first how are they for running and fitness and staying in your ears during all this? secondly, anyone here use them with apple devices? i know i will miss out on the samsung app for EQ and ambient sound but i dont really care as long as they sound good and stay in my head.

    For the people that purchased the Galaxy S10e/S10/S10+/Note10/Note10+, Samsung said to give us 4 months of YouTube Premium.

    Well, I got the Note10+ and can't figure out how to redeem this. I went to YouTube from the Samsung page and logged in my account. The 1st month trial was already used, so I just gave it the card. It already billed me, so that's that Both me and my gf with an S10+ can't redeem that.

    Any help will be appreciated.

    Locked Out Weirdly

    I bought my s7 over 2 years ago second hand through ebay. I checked the Imei number several times and it's not stolen or blacklisted. I've had no issues with it, factory resetting several times since I bought it. However last night I factory reset it and now it default installs enterprise knox and displays "this device has been associated with an enterprise or an organization in the past" and will not let me go through a normal boot.

    I'm confused as heck and want my phone back. Has anyone had this happen or have any idea what to do?

    Please need your suggestions about spigen Neo flex HD screen protector for s10plus l. Have any body tried it and how it felt and performed.

    Secondly please suggest good spigen case guys. I have only following options.

    3 in 1 Fast Wireless Charging Pad?

    I just need a wireless charging pad that supports fast wireless charging and can charge my galaxy buds, galaxy watch, and my galaxy s10+ at the same time. It seems like they only make these for Apple products and it's really annoying me

    Need your opinion

    I have a galaxy s9. About two weeks ago, I went to my official Samsung repair center with my phone because it had a ghost screen issue out of nowhere. The person who attended me told me it was fully covered by the warranty, but that I needed to provide a receipt from the company I bought it. I am able to get that receipt but, because I'm lazy, I let this pass.

    About a week ago tho, my dumbass dropped the phone and now the screen is cracked. Everything works as it should, but it has that ugly Crack now.

    My question is: Can I still claim my warranty over the ghost screen issue if the touchsfreen glass is cracked?
