• Whats wrong with my display?
• This is the 2nd time I'm recieving emails like these, which are obviously fake. Is someone targeting me specifically or is it just a bot?
• Back up client (windows 10)
• Dell laptop wont charge
• Lenovo x230 sub 3.0
• What's going on here? Lenovo Yoga 720(?)
• ads arent getting blocked

Back up client (windows 10) Posted: 30 Oct 2019 09:26 AM PDT I'm feeling demoralised - can I get some advice on options? I bought an 8tb external hard drive (western Digital MyBook) to incrementally back up my 1tb laptop (part of a 3-2-1 backup plan), every two months Used HD manufacturer's backup client twice. Everytime after the first two times, the back up client fails to launch, after hours in the phone with tech support, the only solution is create a new back and abandon past incrementals (hd tech support reports periodic windows 10 updates break their client). I don't want to use manufacturer's backup client any longer because there is no prospect of resolving their Windows 10 conflicts and it is true and storage inefficient. *I love the simplicity of SyncToy and 7z - are there similar programs for back up that I can switch to? submitted by /u/AlarmingConsequence [link] [comments]
